This article discusses some of the criteria of the basic university Economics courses. The author analizes the main aspects of academic study, presenting an initial diagnosis and an assessment of what these courses traditionally offer. This article aim to encourage debate and promote research into the field of university education.

Gametes and larval stages of the mussels P purpuratus and S. algosus were treated in vitro with fluorescent and non-luorescent techniques in order to detect microfilaments, DNA and cortical granules involved with reproductive status as fertilization and cleaveage stages. In P. purpuratus tubulin was detected in cilius and velum in D larval stages, also actin was detected from the fertilization to development stages in both P purouratus and S. algosus. Cortical granule-like structures were observed in larval stages of P purpuratus suggesting they are not discharged during the fertilization process. Microfilaments detected in both mussels suggest they play an important role in the cytoskeleton during development.

The present study investigates the hourly activity patterns of mammals inhabiting the area surrounding the Camisea gas pipeline that crosses the Machiguenga Communal Reserve. From February 2020 to January 2021, a photographic record was conducted using camera traps placed along the gas pipeline. Activity patterns were estimated using Kernel density functions. During the study period, 25 mammal species were recorded. It was found that Dasyprocta kalinowskii and Eira barbara exhibit a diurnal activity pattern, whereas Cuniculus paca, Tapirus terrestris, Dasypus spp., and Mazama spp. display predominantly nocturnal behavior. Recently, the agricultural zones of Carabobo present problems with the water available for crops influenced by the fluctuation between Precipitation and Potential Evapotranspiration. It is for this reason that the need arises to analyze the climatic types according to the degree of humidity. The Climatic Hydrological Balance methodology was used for 25 rainfall stations in Carabobo, Venezuela, for a period of common registration (1969 - 1999). The results show that four regions were found where humidity behaves differently, the greatest excesses are to the south of the state and it was found that the climatological stations located north of Carabobo have a greater annual deficit. The article begins with a brief reference to conscious and unconscious aspects of the human mind and their role in psychic disfunction. The author asks himself about the place of the conscious in Psychotherapy. Fundamental concepts of Rational Emotive Therapy are discussed and an alternative that takes into account the directive and psychoanalytical approaches, proposed. Three clinical examples illustrate the theoretical work.

The main biological threat to the western honeybee (Apis mellifera) is the parasitic mite Varroa destructor, largely because it vectors lethal epidemics of honeybee viruses that, in the absence of this mite, are relatively innocuous. The severe pathology is a direct consequence of excessive virus titres caused by this novel transmission route. However, little is known about how the virus adapts genetically during transmission and whether this influences the pathology. Here, we show that upon injection into honeybee pupae, the deformed wing virus type-A (DWV-A) quasispecies undergoes a rapid, extensive expansion of its sequence space, followed by strong negative selection towards a uniform, common shape by the time the pupae have completed their development, with no difference between symptomatic and asymptomatic adults in either DWV titre or genetic composition. En este artículo se realiza una discusión sobre algunos criterios en torno a los cursos básicos de Economía en el nivel universitario. Se analizan los principales aspectos dentro del terreno cognoscitivo, planteándose un diagnóstico de entrada una evaluación de lo que tradicionalmente se ofrece en dichas signaturas. Con este artículo se intenta propiciar el debate y fomentar la investigación en el campo educativo universitario.

Se entiende por distribución indirecta o venta indirecta al flujo de producto terminado desde el almacén central de Nestlé hacia sus clientes distribuidores, ubicados en distintas ciudades del Perú.
