Introduction. The anterior cerebral artery (ACA) resistance index (IR) is used to assess blood flow and is used to determine fetal well-being. Objective. To determine the flow of the anterior cerebral artery in very preterm infants during the first 72 hours of life. Methods. Medical records of very preterm infants treated in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital (HNERM), EsSalud, Lima-Peru, between the years 2011-2019 were reviewed. Results. 56 medical records were reviewed that reported the index of resistance of the anterior cerebral artery in very premature infants of the HNERM. This research seeks to determine the relationship between the perception of the development of the avocado agro-export sector in the Ica region according to company size after the Peru-China Free Trade Agreement came into force. The type of study was quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational in scope. The probability sample consisted of 73 avocado producers and agro-exporting companies in the Ica region. A structured questionnaire was applied in three dimensions: productivity, quality and price. The chi-square test was used to test the relationship between the variables. The perception of productivity, quality and price in the avocado agro-export sector and firm size showed a low correlation in each of them. Objective: To evaluate the validity and reliability of an instrument that measures the satisfaction of nutritional services in renal patients. Material and Methods: The study had 7 phases within which an instrument was developed that measures the satisfaction of the patients of the Renal Health Unit, attended in nutrition workshops by telemedicine, which was applied to 31 patients. Results: The global content validity had a Lawshe index equal to 0.95. The construct validity of the satisfaction questionnaire through exploratory factor analysis found 2 factors that correspond to 87.5% of the total. The reliability of the questionnaire had a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.9. Conclusions: The questionnaire that measures the satisfaction of renal patients attended by telemedicine had high content, construct, and reliability validity.

In this paper we present a case study emphasizing the proposal of a telecare system which might be implemented in the first attention level belonging to health centers of Periurban zones of Lima city. Concretely, the system relies entirely in an algorithm which is based on a mathematical scheme that models the behavior of the glucose in type 2 diabetes patients under episodes of binge eating disorder. The model assumes that the patient follows a pharmacological prescription of metformin. The testing of the model is through the usage of computational simulation based on the Monte Carlo method. Thus, the efficiency of telecare system running in the first attention level is estimated to be of order of 75% roughly. According to our results, 1 of 3 patients might surpass the events of binge eating disorder and delay diabetes progress in a consistent manner.
