Objetivo: Determinar la asociación de la adherencia a la dieta mediterránea con las manifestaciones orales auto reportadas en adultos mayores. Materiales y Métodos: El diseño del estudio realizado fue observacional de tipo analítico y transversal. Se ejecutó mediante una encuesta de forma virtual en adultos mayores durante el año 2022. Se utilizaron instrumentos validados de adherencia de la dieta mediterránea (DM) (MEDAS-14) y un autorreporte sobre manifestaciones orales, además se evaluaron diversas covariables.
