La investigación propone diseñar un modelo de trabajo cooperativo para contribuir en la mejora del proceso de inclusión en el nivel inicial. El método de investigación aplicada proyectiva, enfoque cualitativo, trabajó una muestra intencionada (directora, diez docentes, nueve administrativos, ocho padres y noventa niños); aplicando instrumentos como guía de entrevista, cuestionarios y ficha de observación. El diagnóstico evidencia que existe una gestión desordenada en el proceso de inclusión; escaso trabajo en equipo, desmotivación y desconocimiento de las necesidades especiales por parte de las docentes; actitudes de indiferencia, agresividad, aislamiento y deficiente interacción entre los niños; mientras que los padres y administrativos idealizan el proceso educativo. There are many studies of digital technology in teachers and students, however, in parents the previous literature is scarce, possibly because the importance of information technologies in this population had not been considered, even more so in circumstances in which They became co-protagonists of the educational processes in virtuality. The study aimed to apply workshops to improve basic digital skills in initial education. It proceeds with the pre-experimental design (pre- and post-test) for a sample of 42 participants selected by intentional non-probabilistic sampling and as a relevant result, the majority of the participating subjects raised the initial averages by 11 points, findings verified after the application of the program. The purpose of the study was to analyze the perceptions of teachers from an educational institution regarding text comprehension and didactic innovation. Using a qualitative method, the interview technique mediated by a semi-structured question guide was used to collect information. Said instrument was oriented to consult concepts, group experience, organization and planning of teachers in the area of communication. The findings show that the causes of a deficient management of reading competence are the low mastery of reading strategies and the role played by innovation in the educational field. The increase in stress in the population is present in the classroom and notoriously compromises school learning. The purpose of the quantitative study was to design interactive workshops to reduce stress in children aged 10 and 11, using a non probabilistic sample of 30 students. A questionnaire of 19 items, valid (99%) and reliable (94%) was used. Among the main results, 80% were found to have health problems at medium and high levels. Regarding the school environment, 100% were located in the extreme levels of stress, where more than 60% border worrying ranges. Finally, acquired through family routines, 100% reach medium and high categories. The research systematized the development of pedagogical practice in the initial education career, during the first stage of the Covid-19 pandemic. For this purpose, a qualitative study was carried out, aligned to a design for the systematization of experiences method; reflecting on the evolution of the corresponding subject, with the participation of 23 students, each in charge of 20 children and their families (n = 460), with the guidance of the university professor. The results were; application of didactic-pedagogical strategies of the processes in the remote context; use of enhanced digital resources creating contextualized materials for interaction and; the approach to the unavoidable emotional accompaniment in the face of childhood vulnerability. This study aimed to show whether the theoretical model of the social skills construct, proposed by Gismero (2000), is invariant in male and female samples of Peruvian university students from Lambayeque. In order to meet the proposed objective, a non-experimental, cross-sectional, comparative psychometric design by hierarchical confirmatory procedures was chosen. Two samples of university students were used, one of 1,084 female students and the other of 1,043 male students. Both groups were applied the self-report of social skills (EHS).
