It is the task of the university teacher to provide the necessary conditions to develop critical thinking by using strategies that place the student as the basis of teaching work. The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the level of critical thinking and the level of learning of mathematics of students entering university. This study had the objective to analyze the mental processes in terms of the thinking abilities and the cognitive functions as well as some levels of text processing that distinguish (differentiate) good and poor reader students from High School. The analysis was based on the theories: The Structural Cognitive Modifiability of Reuven Feuerstein and the Text Processing of W. Kintsch and T.A Van Dick. The cognitive demands of solution from each one of the questions of a standardized reading test were analyzed as mentioned before. The following cognitive processes were identified and organized: Classification, Analysis-Synthesis, Logic inference and Hypothetical reasoning.

The relationship between executive functions (EF), creative personality, and academic performance in Argentine university students was examined. A total of 248 students (M = 22.97 years, SD = 4.43) from various Argentine provinces participated. The Adult Executive Functioning Inventory (ADEXI), the Cognitive Flexibility Scale, the Creative Behavior Scale (ECC), and the Creative Personality Scale (EPC) were used, along with academic performance data and sociodemographic information. Data were collected online through Google Forms and analyzed using Spearman correlations and mediation analysis with robust Maximum Likelihood estimator and Bootstrap. Specialized literature has paid attention to the emergence in recent years of the radical right in Chile, represented mainly by the Partido Republicano. However, it has not studied the place that Ideas Republicanas occupies in this party to install ideas and discourses in Chilean society. For this reason, the objective of this article is twofold. First of all, the most representative ideas and speeches that it disseminates are analyzed. A single-item instrument is introduced to identify the family relationship model from the youngsters perspective (MOREFAM). Its validity was evaluated using the Family Functioning Test and the Authentic Happiness Questionnaire. The content of the verbalizations was analyzed to identify the psychological state of the adolescents. The sample consisted of 230 youngsters between the ages of 15 and 22 from various high schools in Monterrey, Mexico. An association was found between the levels of family functionality and happiness with the different family models. The instrument, easy to apply, allows a quick approach to the style of interaction between parents and children, revealing the feeling, thinking and acting of adolescents from Monterrey, based on their family model.

Power interactions are inherent to people and function by adopting roles according to the objectives pursued by the members within an entity, especially in educational contexts such as school institutions. The purpose of the study was to recognize the power tactics used by educators in educational organizations in the locality of Huánuco. The methodological approach was based on data collection through semi-structured interviews with three teachers who teach at the secondary school level. Subsequently, an analysis matrix was elaborated to order and evaluate the information collected. From the results obtained, it was established that teachers implement various power strategies in order to achieve their objectives and exert influence through their positions, which influences the behavior and thinking of both other teachers and students.

Lo cierto es que cuando la música se enseña con conciencia social, puede cambiar la conciencia humana. La educación no es sólo conocimiento, es cultura, es formación de virtudes, en este sentido la música es considerada como parte del universo, se llama cultura, es parte básica de la cultura, la formación de las personas es fundamental. Como existencia social, pertenece al trasfondo histórico y cultural que la representa e identifica. El pensamiento lingüístico es el producto de la evolución de la historia y la cultura humanas.
