This article constitutes a contribution to the processes of peace consolidation developed during post-conflict scenarios. In this vein it proposes a path that allows to truly materialize the transformative effect of integral reparations, in particular in traditionally unequal societies, where victims of serious violations of human rights usually are members of the most marginalized and vulnerable groups. It starts from the idea that transitional justice is a process of political, social and cultural transformation, so that the reparation of that sort of violations must be designed and developed in such a way that it contributes to the transformation, avoiding being itself a generatorof new social gaps. Therefore, the classic approach of reparation measures, based on pure corrective justice, must give way to the need to change the structural causes of the conflict and open the way for a t...

Past 1990, capitalism has developed a series of gears on its own and proper functioning as world-system, to renew as many times as you want in the face of a crisis that speculates its apocalyptic end. It is capital, first a decisive factor in production, and at the same time a power that does not obey any law on how things have been set and order in the world, it is like that, that the circumstances of the moment have been taken advantage of in some way by networks and economic knots capitalizers common goods. It is on this expansive molding of practical reasons that the economy puneña unfolds day by day, perhaps in the best way, where social relations, modes of production and local economic flows are sufficiently chained to fixed and concentrated economic growth rates in the primary sector, particularly, agricultural and mining, here, is where the big doses of world market strongly pre...

This article discusses the necessary linkages that must exist between the State and the dialogue. To propose that the State is the space for dialogue par excellence, the text relies on the ethical nature that is inherent in the constitution of the State. Furthermore, the State represents a strategic and forward-looking perspective for human life in the world that is expressed and founded on such important issues as equality, recognition and democracy. This reflection about the State aims to reposition the role of the State in the face of its actual difficulties and limitations at becoming a true space for dialogue. The article reviews the characteristics that any dialogue must have taking into account the characteristics of conflicts, and especially socio-environmental ones, and their transformation process. It insists on the role of openness, open communication and permanent negotiation...

For social robots, knowledge regarding human emotional states is an essential part of adapting their behavior or associating emotions to other entities. Robots gather the information from which emotion detection is processed via different media, such as text, speech, images, or videos. The multimedia content is then properly processed to recognize emotions/sentiments, for example, by analyzing faces and postures in images/videos based on machine learning techniques or by converting speech into text to perform emotion detection with natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Keeping this information in semantic repositories offers a wide range of possibilities for implementing smart applications. We propose a framework to allow social robots to detect emotions and to store this information in a semantic repository, based on EMONTO (an EMotion ONTOlogy), and in the first figure or table...

The third sector, key to social and personal development, needs to evolve and adapt to the technological revolution and digitalization that accelerated due to the global pandemic of COVID-19. Social marketing offers strategies and tools that allow digitalizing processes of female empowerment in contexts of poverty, violence, inequality, and social exclusion. People living in these contexts were the ones that suffered the most from the pandemic, both due to the number of deaths coupled with a lack of access to quality health care, and an increase in interpersonal conflict. The latter aggravated by the mandatory isolation measures imposed by the governments, which made it practically impossible for civil society organizations (CSOs) to intervene. This article presents a case of social marketing oriented to the development, implementation, and evaluation of a people-centered protocol (EduQu...

Remote work has raised questions among companies and employees regarding its effectiveness and development. Therefore, the objective of this research is to answer the question: What is the impact of remote work on organizations? To achieve this, a systematic investigation was carried out using the Prisma method, which allowed the identification, selection, and analysis of various articles from recognized databases such as Scopus and Web of Science. In the initial search, 54,003 articles were found, which were filtered according to various criteria, resulting in 30 final articles. The results show that remote work can have a positive impact on job satisfaction, work-life balance, productivity, and innovation. However, some negative impacts were also identified, such as increased fatigue, social isolation, and lack of communication.
