Luego de un breve repaso conceptual de los alcances del derecho a la estabilidad laboral, su relación con otros derechos (derecho al trabajo, derecho de acceso al empleo, derecho a conservar el empleo) y su regulación constitucional, internacional y legal, así como la posición de la jurisprudencia, el autor pasa a comentar el complejo panorama que se presenta al empleador ante una decisión de despido tanto desde la óptica legal (indemnización, reposición) como jurisprudencial (indemnización por daños, reposición) añadiéndose un acápite denominado “otros” para las relatar las consecuencias administrativas que surgen de la indicada medida tanto desde la óptica laboral (SUNAFIL) como tributaria (SUNAT).

Intellectual disability is a neuropsychiatric disorder that affects cognitive, motor, social and language functions. The difficulty of patients and their caregivers in performing oral hygiene is linked to the failure to preserve their health. The objective of this article is to report the dental care of a 55-year-old patient diagnosed with intellectual disability caused by perinatal anoxia. All the necessary dental procedures were carried out, always preserving the pertinent care for the patient's care, providing her with a positive emotional benefit, through constant stimulation, gradual inclusion of the patient and her caregiver in the dental environment, associated with the preventive-educational reinforcement activities. Se examinaron 44 ejemplares pertenecientes a las nueve especies de Ardeidae del extremo sur del estado de Rio Grande do Sul. El objetivo del estudio fue relatar la ocurrencia de las especies de helmintos para las aves, cuantificar las infecciones por especie hospedadora, además de presentar una revisión de helmintos de Ardeidae de Brasil. Las aves acuáticas fueron positivas para 18 tasas, cinco Nematoda, nueve Trematoda y cuatro Acanthocephala. Los nuevos registros de helmintos para Ardeidae en Brasil fueron reportados. Ardea cocoi y Ardea alba se destacaron por el número de especies asociadas.

When installing an immediate implant, you can choose between installing a temporary clinical crown, healing abutments, or to close the implant for a two-step surgical treatment. The use of customized healing abutments seals the implants and leads to individualized healing, which favors the creation of subsequent crowns. The present study aims to report a clinical case involving an immediate implant and the installation of customized healing abutments, demonstrating the results and the importance of knowledge of this technique by the dentist.

Caudillos militares hubo en la historia del Perú durante el siglo decimonónico que han dejado huella indeleble en la conciencia nacional, pero ninguno con las características peculiares del gran mariscal don Ramón Castilla y Marquesado, quien hizo esfuerzos denodados por instaurar en sus diversos gobiernos el ordenamiento político, legislativo y económico que el país necesitaba, lo que lo convirtió a la postre en un estadista de primer orden que condujo a la nación hacia una bonanza inesperada. Este escrito pretende encontrar las vinculaciones que este caudillo tiene con otro grande del Perú: don Ricardo Palma Soriano, el Padre de las Tradiciones, e intenta explicar por qué el tradicionista encontró en Castilla un personaje idóneo para relatar tradiciones.

This article presents a study about the speeches of a group of teenagers about sexuality, showing how this subject is apprehended by them. For it to be possible, a group interview was realized in a school. Nine teenagers, with ages between 14 and 17 years old, took part in this. A semistructured interview script was used as the instrument to cover everything about this. It was concluded that there is a shock between the school and the family, about the theme and both were found unprepared. This way, it's necessary to search for strategies that establish the concrete consciousness on the teenagers, as, for example, to create groups in which they can tell their experiences.

The continent hides its truths. Hardly anyone accepts being Indian-Afro-Mestizo-American. Each person can tell their story. In my case, I have been poorly educated in a Chilean society corroded by racism, which hides what is mestizo and indigenous; I found the outside fascinating and our interiority of little value. It's been hard for me to change. Contact with indigenous peoples in Peru has opened my eyes. Now I aspire to collaborate on the path of reconciliation. It seems very important to me what was previously accidental. I am convinced that if the indigenous/mestizo origins are accepted, then we will have a good future in our continent.

El presente artículo tuvo como objetivo relatar la historia de la contaminación de la bahía de Ite, ubicada en Tacna, como un caso importante de contaminación por incremento de sólidos y la presencia de metales pesados por la actividad de las minas de Toquepala y Cuajone. Iniciando sus operaciones entre 1960 y 1976, los humedales de Ite se han visto expuestos a una gran contaminación por los relaves depositados, deteriorando el litoral marino y modificándolo hasta alcanzar un área total de más de 1600 hectáreas, con un kilómetro y medio de ancho y 12 kilómetros de largo. This communication seeks to find the connections that this caudillo has with another great Peruvian: Don Ricardo Palma Soriano, the Father of Traditions. It tries to explain, as well, why the traditionist founded in Castilla an ideal person to relate traditions.
