This paper describes the process followed by an internarional NFO, ITDG -Practical Solutions, to improve communication impact on its practices and institutional policies. It shows an inventory of the main challenges that NGOs are facing in the field of communication, the inrernarional scenario factors which generate them and the route this organization followed to meet them. The designed program, advances and lessons learned in the way, and also the considerations that must be taken to follow similar processes are described in detail.

The educational programs in health care allow to raise the knowledge and modify the behaviors and affects that threaten the health through the opportune action, in the primary, secondary levels and intervention in rehabilitation or tertiary prevention. The objective of the research article was to determine the effectiveness of a reeducation program for women with a history of reporting for partner violence, self-esteem and gender construction. The design corresponds to the quasi-experimental type of repeated measures (pre and post), without control group; where participated of 35 women with denunciation of partner violence in front of family court - Judicial Power in Huánuco, 2017. According to the Ministry of Education, there are several institutions that provide and develop forms of education and training that allow access to technical training for the dispersed population or with difficulty to attend centers that offer specializations at high costs, this is the case of the technical institutions run by the State. As an initial strategy, the realization of a systematization of experiences in technical education in construction in South America, specifically in the courses of improvement and specialization of technicians focused on the construction market, that serve as a framework for future proposals of efficient technical education and effective, assess and recognize the importance of training proposals in technical education and complementary job training.

El estudio tiene el objetivo de determinar si la metodología Lean Construction influye en la productividad en proyectos del Programa Techo Propio, Cuatro Suyos, La Esperanza-2022. The research problem centers on the urgent need to improve workplace safety conditions. The objective was to determine the relationship between behavior-based safety (BBS) and accident rates in the construction sites of a building company located in Lima. A quantitative approach with a non-experimental, correlational design was employed for this purpose. The sample consisted of five construction sites between 2021 and 2022. The main finding revealed a strong negative correlation between BBS and accident rates, evidenced by a correlation coefficient of −0.918. This suggests that greater BBS implementation is associated with a lower accident rate. A p-value of 0.028 confirmed the statistical significance of this relationship. In conclusion, the findings highlight the effectiveness of BBS programs in reducing occupational accidents in the construction sector.

La construcción es una parte importante de la actividad económica de un país, por consiguiente, estar a la vanguardia de las actualizaciones de nuevas herramientas que emergen es trascendental para conocer los excelentes resultados de éstos. En el Perú son pocas las empresas que emplean estos nuevos sistemas innovadores y al ponerlos en práctica obtienen productos exitosos. En nuestro país, el sector construcción creció alrededor de 5% al finalizar el año 2014, acumulando 22 años de crecimiento ininterrumpido desde el año 1992. Actualmente la industria de la construcción cuenta con problemas de producción, calidad y demoras en los tiempos de entregas de sus obras, esto como consecuencia del mal uso de sus recursos, incrementando costos ya que sea en empresas públicas o privadas.

This article presents the genesis/development of the construction of a quality index for open television in Chile, the main findings of its application in the year 2007 and their comparison with the findings obtained in 2006. A theoretical analysis of the concept of quality in the mass media industry, and a qualitative study that shed light on the concept from the viewpoint of the industry as well as that of TV audiences and advertisers, provided the background to generate an index whose main strenght is that it integrates the opinion of viewers, their behaviour, the intrinsic quality of the product and the distinction as much as in the form as in the contents according to programming genre. Purpose. Changes in the digital ecosystem have reshaped the dynamics of journalistic practice, fostering the emergence of a new profile: the journalist-influencer. This study aims to identify, define, and analyze this emerging figure, which remains scarcely defined in academic literature. Methodology. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar en qué medida la implementación de Lean Construction mejora la productividad en obras de edificación en la provincia de Chincha, 2025. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado y diseño pre-experimental, utilizando herramientas como Last Planner System (LPS), análisis de restricciones y estandarización de procesos en el control del tiempo, rendimiento y costos. En control de tiempo, LPS mejoró la planificación semanal aumentando el Número de Grupos de Actividades (NGA) en 16.5 unidades respecto al escenario sin Lean. This paper reports the results of the first experimental evidence of the application of virtual reality in Construction Engineering, which aims to make evident the advantages of the use of technological as teaching tools in Architecture, Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering. The test was conducted with students of Graphic Expression Techniques course, in the Civil Engineering program of EAFIT University, Medellín, in the topic of isometric interpretation and generation of its views. The results indicate the high acceptance of the tool and show the benefits of virtual reality for the graphical interpretation of some concepts in Architecture and Engineering.
