The most controversial institution incorporated into the Criminal Procedure Code of 2004 was the sentence of the acquitted, which is the power that the Superior Criminal Chamber has, when resolving the appeal that may have been filed against a previous acquittal sentence issued in favor of the accused (first instance), in being able to amend it in a conviction against this same procedural subject (second instance), sentencing decision that originally could only be questioned by means of the appeal of cassation. This paper explores the generation process of human capital in a dynamic perspective. In order to do so: a) characterizes the recent evolution of human capital, using as proxy the same results panel of participating countries in PISA; b) explores different specifications of the production function of human capital capable of generating dynamic patterns observed; and c) shows the ability of different specifications econometric literature usually employed to correctly detect the structure of the production function. Este artículo presenta un estudio de corpus sobre el potencial heteroglósico de los marcadores conversacionales bueno, mira/mire, oye/oiga y a ver en el español de Chile desde un enfoque sistémico funcional. Se analizan estos recursos en los corpus orales AMERESCO (Albelda y Estellés, 2010) y PRESEEA (2014) cuando forman parte de movimientos heteroglósicos en el discurso (presencia de varias voces). This article starts by analyzing the concept of Due Process and its scope over the administrative procedures. Also, the concept of the Right to Evidence, as an element of Due Process, is explained. Then, an analysis of the relationship between the supervisory procedures and the Due Process is developed, in order to check whether if its requirements are fulfilled by the Public Administration in order to obtain a Valid Evidence after a monitoring or an inspection. Finally, the analysis is focused on the actions of the Peruvian Regulatory Agencies, specifically, during the issuing of an Inspection Report after a Supervisory Procedure.

Cavography by transespinosa puncture is a new radiological method used to explore the system of the inferior vena cava. The technique involves the injection of water-soluble contrast material within the bone of the spinous process of the last lumbar vertebrae, in order to obtain the normal or pathological radiological imaging of the inferior vena cava . Objective: To determine how the functional barriers faced by MSE in the textile and clothing sector influence the exportable supply. The functional barriers that were identified are: Human Resources, Production and Finance. Method: The present investigation is defined under the quantitative approach, descriptive and correlational type and non-experimental design. This paper discusses the changes to the rulemaking process performed by the National Health Authority (ANS) during a decade, as an expression of the exercise of its health-related regulatory function. Before the implementation of said changes, the initiative for rulemaking was freely taken by the proposing entities. This situation led to an increased risk of mistakes, and the lack of a standardized methodology and an organized structure of the Regulatory Documents (DN) to be approved by the Ministry of Health. Parenting styles and the type of family functioning have been linked by many experts in the field of drug addiction to the origin of emotional problems. The aim of this study focuses on the perception of drug addicts on patterns of aging parents; and the perception of family functioning between the child and their parents. For this study three groups were formed: a first group consisting of a sample of 107 male drug addicts subjects (mean age 32,38) This group have supplied a questionnaire socio - demographic, the Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI) and the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES III).
