This study describes the axiological model of the technological package as a pre-patentable foundation of innovation, designed to articulate the value dimensions underpinning validation, transfer, and potential impact on preventive health. A descriptive, non-experimental study with a qualitative–analytical approach was conducted through structured documentary review and hermeneutic content analysis. The results present a systemic model that integrates ethical, technical, and social principles, structuring the innovation process from need identification to product commercialization and maintenance. This framework demonstrates that axiological coherence provides the technical robustness, sustainability, and social relevance required for responsible biotechnological innovation. This research has led to construct an artificial neural network ARN with Radial Basis Function, and using Mahalanobis distance RND, for improving the quality of process design, which have performed better than those obtained with the for traditional statistical analysis of design of experiments and other RNA that already exist, for cases that are working with several independent and dependent variables in which its relations are not linear. It also allows with the RND obtain input parameters to achieve a desired level of quality, for it applies a methodology that uses RNAReverse and Direct at once.

Esta investigación ha permitido construir una Red Neuronal Artificial RNA con Función de Base Radial, y que utiliza la distancia de Mahalanobis RND, para la mejora de la calidad de diseño de procesos, obteniendo mejores resultados que los obtenidos con los análisis estadísticos tradicionales para los diseños experimentales y las RNA ya existentes, para los casos que se trabaje con varias variables dependientes e independientes y en los que sus relaciones no sean lineales. Asimismo, al RND permite obtener parámetros de entrada para lograr un nivel de calidad deseado; para ello se aplica una metodología que usa las RNA Inversa y Directa a la vez.

Objective: To determine how the functional barriers faced by MSE in the textile and clothing sector influence the exportable supply. The functional barriers that were identified are: Human Resources, Production and Finance. Method: The present investigation is defined under the quantitative approach, descriptive and correlational type and non-experimental design. This paper highlights the need to examine the role of a constituent assembly within a democratic and constitutional system. To this end, a detailed analysis of the issue is undertaken on the basis of doctrine and constitutional history. It is concluded that the purpose of a constituent assembly is to establish a constituent power and to reform the constitution. Constituent power is the ability of a society to create or reform fundamental rights and the structure of government. Thus, the Constituent Assembly is the way in which the people exercise this power with the aim of amending the existing constitution or creating a new one. The Rietveld refinement method has taken high relevance since its creation. Nowadays, it is an useful tool in many fields of industry, materials science, and technology. It is interesting to notice that authors such as Théry (1985), le Gall and Marin (1993) and le Gall (1996) who study reconstituted families have not dealt with all of the possible consequences of the idea of family constellation, specially the one which states that the concept of family should include more than just residency. Gaussian processes that can be decomposed into a smooth mean function and a stationary autocorrelated noise process are considered and a fully automatic nonparametric method to simultaneous estimation of mean and auto-covariance functions of such processes is developed. The proposed empirical Bayes approach is data-driven, numerically efficient, and allows for the construction of confidence sets for the mean function. Performance is demonstrated in simulations and real data analysis. The method is implemented in the R package eBsc.

Objetivo: Determinar de qué manera las barreras funcionales que enfrentan las Mypes del sector Textil confecciones, influyen en la oferta exportable. Las barreras funcionales que se identificaron son: Recursos Humanos, Producción y Finanzas. Teleosemantic is the theory that proposes an explanation of mental representation on the basis of the Darwinian theory of biological function. Although Darwin explains biological traits for both historical and adaptationist causes, Papineau and other proponents of teleosemantic rely only on the adaptationist dimension of the theory to account for the identity of the biological trait. This is shown in the teleosemantic response to the possibility that an exact duplicate of a human arose from non-evolutionary causes (the swampman). Clarifying the question about the homological nature of the trait identity is central to addressing the swampman argument. Catalizadores basados en óxidos mixtos de NiaFe1-aOx (a=0,5 a 0,9) se prepararon por coprecipitación utilizando como agente precipitante el hidróxido de potasio KOH 1M (pH variable de ~2 hasta 12) para la deshidrogenación oxidativa (ODH) del etano y se caracterizaron por las técnicas de difracción de rayos X (XRD), sorción de N2 (Método BET), reducción a temperatura programada con hidrógeno (TPR-H2), desorción a temperatura programada con amoniaco (TPD-NH3) y espectroscopia láser Raman (LRS). La reacción ODH del etano se realizó en un reactor de lecho fijo de cuarzo para una relación constante W/F (tiempo de contacto) de 0.48 g.s/mL con flujo total de 50 mL/min de la alimentación de los gases y la masa del catalizador fue de 400 mg con tamaño de partícula de 150 m. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue el sistema operativo es el software que tiene como principal objetivo que se ejecute adecuadamente todos los servicios y aplicaciones que maneje el usuario en la computadora. Los sistemas que son más empleados son Windows, Linux, OS/2 y DOS. Los SO consisten en interfaces gráficas, entornos de escritorio o gestores de ventanas que brindan al usuario una representación gráfica de los procesos en marcha. El SO provee los recursos dispuestos por el hardware y su finalidad es ser un intermediario entre la computadora y su usuario. Asimismo, garantiza un entorno en donde el cliente pueda realizar programas de forma requerida y eficaz en sus funciones.
