The text is not intended to provide solutions to a well-known problem within the guild of political scientists and lawyers. This phenomenon is currently generating, in varying degrees, an extensive intellectual production and a critical reflection, which aims to shed some light on the way and the way of functioning of political systems in this era of dissolution of the old system of management international, after the fall of the wall and the decomposition of the former Eastern Bloc. The accent falls especially on the democratic political systems in the orbit of the Western world where the emergence of certain 'perverse' processes would seem to presage the fact of a deep crisis of the representative systems. Of this they give account the news and reports that appear in the press and in the rest of the means, referred to a series of public scandals.

Museography doesn´t escape to this phenomenon, as long as the users of the museums have new paradigms in the way of consume information. This article argues that there is a transformation in the relationship between land, peasant communities and its members or comuneros. In the case of the communities of the Peruvian northern coast, this transformation links with a double dynamic: (i) the increasing external pressure on the resource from the private-national and transnational capitals, and (ii) the emergence of new means and motivations of access to land among the communal members. Este artículo presenta un estudio de corpus sobre el potencial heteroglósico de los marcadores conversacionales bueno, mira/mire, oye/oiga y a ver en el español de Chile desde un enfoque sistémico funcional. Se analizan estos recursos en los corpus orales AMERESCO (Albelda y Estellés, 2010) y PRESEEA (2014) cuando forman parte de movimientos heteroglósicos en el discurso (presencia de varias voces). Se ha conformado una muestra de 87 casos, entre los cuales oye/oiga presenta mayor ocurrencia que bueno, mira/mire y a ver. Parenting styles and the type of family functioning have been linked by many experts in the field of drug addiction to the origin of emotional problems. The aim of this study focuses on the perception of drug addicts on patterns of aging parents; and the perception of family functioning between the child and their parents. For this study three groups were formed: a first group consisting of a sample of 107 male drug addicts subjects (mean age 32,38) This group have supplied a questionnaire socio - demographic, the Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI) and the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES III). Teleosemantic is the theory that proposes an explanation of mental representation on the basis of the Darwinian theory of biological function. Although Darwin explains biological traits for both historical and adaptationist causes, Papineau and other proponents of teleosemantic rely only on the adaptationist dimension of the theory to account for the identity of the biological trait. This is shown in the teleosemantic response to the possibility that an exact duplicate of a human arose from non-evolutionary causes (the swampman). En la literatura moderna acerca de los incas se conoce más la noción, introducida por Sarmiento en 1572, de que las 10 panacas del Cuzco se habrían formado a lo largo de un proceso histórico en el que cada rey fundó su propia panaca. Cronistas anteriores, como Betanzos, Santo Tomás y Las Casas describieron la formación de las 10 panacas de manera muy distinta y estas habrían constituido la parte central de la organización del Cuzco. Las panacas formaban una organización jerárquica en que otras funciones sociales, tales como clases y grados de edad, calendario y religión, también jugaban roles indispensables.

El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre el control de un sistema analógico de segundo orden (proceso), el mismo que ha sido implementado con circuitos amplificadores operacionales y dispositivos electrónicos. El sistema ha sido construido y diseñado tomando como modelo al prototipo de la función de transferencia de un sistema de segundo orden. Al proceso se le ha incorporado una etapa de ruido blanco con la finalidad de experimentar el efecto de la perturbación e implementar técnicas de control lineal, en nuestro caso hemos usado la técnica de control FST (Finite Settling Time).
