The current society demands a quality education, a widespread voice throughout the world, so in this article are show theoretical contributions on the demands of society; towards the MINEDU, Educational Institutions and teachers, quality assessment; highly criticized, which only considers notes and some complaints for the sale of notes, we also deal with quality control; which demands a radical change in all educational agents. Concluding that the demands of society must be met by educational entities, assuming a commitment to develop a change towards quality at all levels.

Digital technology since its appearance in the world, took its time to reach Peru in the twentieth century, and little by little it is acquiring its consolidation today in the 21st century thanks to the processes of digital literacy, therefore, it is necessary and urgent that Peruvians have a sustainable digital literacy promoted by the education sector; the Ministry of Education and Universities, for professionals or not to function optimally with respect to the management of information in all sectors and areas, thus contributing to the development of our country.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effectivity of applying artificial vision on patterns recognition for the fruits classification in agrobusiness, for this purpose we has used a database with 50 records of 6 fruit varieties with 4 characteristics that are considered for each fruit and a sample of 20 fruits, likewise has been used the automatic pattern recognition technique through the Bayesian classifier implemented in Octave, in the experiment it was recognized to the fruits up to 93.33% and erring in other cases 6.67%. Concluding that is effective to apply artificial vision in the pattern recognition classify fruits.
