The study was conducted in a State Educational Institution of the Constitutional Province of Callao, Peru. Type pre experimental with one group pre and posttest, aimed to determine the improvement of Inferential Reading Skills - HIL, through the design and implementation of a program of Iconic method based on experimental evidence in the study of understanding and learning (Estaún, 1998; Monge, 1992; Rengifo and Marulanda, 2007), in a sample of 93 students averaging between eight and nine years old. An instrument being elaborated based on the theories of Goodman (2002) and Inga (2009); to measure these skills. The implementation of the program was more effective in the ability to solve problems.

The construct validity of six hypothesized dimensions was explored for an Accountancy majorgraduation examination, in order to understand the underlying process of responding. Using answers from 313 examinees to an intentional sample of 17 objective items administered on large scale, a confirmatory factorial analysis was carried out, with a Multi-Trait Multi-Method matrix (MTMM): Traits represented three cognitive operations required to solve the items and the methods represented three knowledge fields of the content. Each item was linked to a cog- nitive operation and to a knowledge field. The resulting model showed convergent validity in two constructs and its manifest variables and divergent only between technical and combined knowledge. The research objective is to determine the status of coherent speech development in 3rd-grade students in the process of constructive and artistic activity. The article defines the criteria (structural and compositional, communicative and productive, and communicative and creative), indicators, and levels of development of coherent speech in elementary school students in the process of constructive and artistic activity. In this study the work of induction of microbial carbonate genesis was carried out in order to obtain an improvement in the consolidation of the materials used in construction such as mortars and paving stones, in order to confer them greater resistance and conservation. As a result of the tests carried out, it was found that the inclusion of a bacterial biomass culture formed by bacteria of the genus Bacillus sp., in the formulation of the mortar and paving stones, helped to increase the resistance to compression with Fc values. 266.3 kg/cm2 higher compared to the control of Fc 261.0 kg/cm2. Also, the state of aggregation of the particles improved remarkably, we observed that in the fragmentation tests the structures showed a geometrically more homogeneous grid, compared with the cobbles of the control test. The objective of this research was to deepen the understanding of ethnomathematics developed by masons in the Amazonian regions of Peru. To this end, the mathematical concepts implicit in the masons' practices were identified and analyzed, as well as to understand the role of culture and the natural environment in the configuration of this knowledge. The type of study was considered ethnographic, and consisted of gathering information through observation. The Peruvian construction sector, especially its SMEs, faces critical inefficiencies in supply chain management, particularly in procurement processes. Past research has shown that these inefficiencies lead to significant cost overruns and delays. This study addressed these challenges by implementing a procurement model integrating Lean Construction, Kaizen, and Just-In-Time (JIT). The main challenges identified were excess material purchases (20.12% of cost overruns) and late deliveries (25.84% of operations). The model reduced late deliveries from 25.84% to 8.95% and purchasing errors from 8.49% to 3.33%, confirming its effectiveness. The article examines the power that the Criminal Procedure Code gives the National Police to inform the media about the identity of the accused; and analyzes if this faculty affects the right to the presumption of innocence enshrined in the Political Constitution of the State and the Code of Criminal Procedure, in order to demonstrate that, in this aspect, the guarantee of a democratic criminal system is null and has serious negative effects in the person, in terms of labeling and stigmatization for the construction of the enemy.

However, there is no common understanding of what this term means and the relevant international discussion and development. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo, elaborar una propuesta de innovación en la ejecución de la vía, que mejore el proceso constructivo en la carretera Pilluana – Paraíso – Desviación Paltaico – Picota – Desviación Paltaico - San Martín. Cuyas conclusiones podemos indicar las siguientes: - La mayor durabilidad mejora el proceso constructivo de la carretera Pilluana – Paraíso – Desviación Paltaico – Picota – San Martín, de acuerdo a los resultados del diagrama de Pareto. - La disminución de costos mejora parcialmente el proceso constructivo de la carretera Pilluana – Paraíso – Desviación Paltaico – Picota – San Martín, esto fundamentado en que las tecnologías actuales en el proceso de pavimentación de la carretera solo disminuyen el costo de mano de obra y no disminuye el costo de materiales, según del diagrama de Pareto.

This paper describes the process followed by an internarional NFO, ITDG -Practical Solutions, to improve communication impact on its practices and institutional policies. It shows an inventory of the main challenges that NGOs are facing in the field of communication, the inrernarional scenario factors which generate them and the route this organization followed to meet them. The designed program, advances and lessons learned in the way, and also the considerations that must be taken to follow similar processes are described in detail.

The rationale of this paper is to report by presenting data on the direct recognition of the canal that supplied water for over three hundred years to the city of Wari, from investigations with excavations in several sections of the channel, as a reference for qochas work, canals, reservoirs supplying the metropolis Wari (Perez 2006, 2007 and 2010) and as part of the hydrologic and hydraulic study of inca canal Wari Wari Yarccan or Yarcca in Ayacucho (Chavarría 2010). We believe that this is a great proyec for social and economic infraestructure that the Wari state executed in the Andes during the second half of the first millennium od the present Christian era, about 800 yerars before formation of the Empire of Tawantinsuyo.

The concept of soundscape was incorporated in the late 1960s, from the field of acoustics and music, to address the problem of excessive noise in cities and disorderly urban planning, which has led to residential areas ‒which are supposed to be quiet‒ are juxtaposed with commercial and/or production activities that degrade the quality of hearing life.
