Objective. To determine the impact of having Regular Basic Education (EBR) studies on the condition of being poor in the population of the Huánuco region (Peru), for the period 2010-2020. Methods. The research was applied, adopted an explanatory level and a non-experimental design. Human capital theory and data from the National Household Survey were used as a theoretical basis for the estimation of a probit model. Results. It was found that people with secondary education are less likely to be poor. In particular, it was found that the probability of being monetarily poor of a person with initial, primary and secondary education decreases by 0.11 pp, 2.19 pp and 3.60 pp, respectively. Conclusions. It is concluded that having a higher level of RBS education leads to a greater decrease in the probability of being poor from the monetary approach to poverty.

The present investigation was aimed at obtaining the Median Lethal Dose and lethal time dose with five and seven time in nematodes (larvae of Diatraea sacharalis III Fabricius) using a Probit analysis. Statistical Analysis was performed in this research is the analysis of variance (ANOVA) of a completely randomized design, which allowed us to analyze whether or not statistically significant, which we conclude that if there is a difference among the five doses (0 ml, 2 ml, 4 ml, 8 ml and 16 ml) of Heterorhabditis bacteriophora, finding that the dose which has a higher mortality rate is the dose of 8 ml and 16 ml, and no difference between both doses. It was found that the median lethal dose (DL50) is 0.6674 ml. We found that the mean lethal time (TL50) is 144.63 hours. Among the different methods that can be to find the DL50 and TL50, we can say that the most suitable is the Probit Analys...

Macrophyte Lemna minor (Linnaeus, 1753) was used to evaluate the phytotoxicity of the individual and mixed action of methomyl and rotenone pesticides under laboratory conditions (Temperature 29 ± 2°C; Relative humidity 48.6± 9.4%). The taken measures to establish half eff ective concentration were the frond area (AF) and production of new fronds (NF). In this study, BMDS® and Probit statistical data analyses were used to compare the results about eff ective concentration. Results suggest Benchmark dose method of BMDS® program was more eff ective than Probit program when EC50 (mean Eff ective Concentration) were determined. Additionally, total chlorophyll concentration (TCC) and humidity weight (HW) parameters were calculated to determine the growth inhibition (Ir). Likewise, NOAEL (no observed adverse eff ect level) and LOAEL (low observer adverse eff ect level) were compared with B...

The present investigation was done to evaluate lethal dose fifty (DL50) and effective dose average (DE50) of the antiinflammatory effect of a methanolic extract of the leaves of Pelargonium robertianum L."Geranio". To evaluate the DL50, 36 mice were used, divided in groups of 6 animals that received different doses of the methanolic extract by oral route using intragastric cannulae. Animals were observed during the first 24, 48 and 72 hours. The value of the DL50 was of 8,717.02 mg/kg by the Lichfield and Wilcoxon method. DE50 following Winter's Model (1970) and Sughisita et.al. was also performed. We observed that the methanolic extract presented an inhibitory effect of inflammation when compared to that of Diclofenac (62%) obtaining 26, 38 and 57% for the different doses assayed. The Average Effective Dose obtained was of 681,9577 by the method of Probits with ANOVA (p=0.0001,F=5240, R...
