This descriptive study focuses on the student’s lack of attention during their learning process, whereby the key point is the student’s lack of motivation in the classroom. The five phases of the Design Thinking methodology and qualitative techniques such as interviewing and observation were applied. These tools were applied to students and teachers from two professional careers in two higher education institutes, with the aim of adapting our methodology towards new ways of classroom motivation, for them to build, from their own experience of the cooperative work of the students, their own knowledge with new forms of creative learning: the first, based on the visual stimulus that summarizes a lesson theme; the second, combining two stimuli: visual and auditory, illustrating the operational process of a learning theme. Integrating the prescriptive and linear approach of NSD with the non-linear approach of service design can enhance value cocreation orientation in service innovation. Then, the objectives of this study are to explore these complementarities, propose an integrated model that enhances value cocreation in service innovation, and evaluate this model. The investigation "Level of compliance with the application of the surgical safety checklist in the Surgical Center" whose objective: To determine the level of compliance with the application of the surgical safety checklist in the Surgical Center of the Víctor Ramos Guardia Hospital - Huaraz. Se determinó el efecto citotóxico de plomo en células meristemáticas de raíces apicales secundarias de Solanum lycopersicum L. (Solanaceae) “tomate” de la variedad Río Grande, fueron sometidos a cuatro tratamientos (0.5, 1, 3 y 5 mg/l de plomo) y el testigo, se realizó la evaluación de las plántulas tomando en consideración los indicadores morfométricos y fisiológicos. Se llevó a cabo la fijación y coloración con orceína acética al 2% y ácido clorhídrico 1N. Mediante observaciones microscópicas del proceso mitótico, se determinó el índice mitótico y los índices de fases, dependiendo de las concentraciones se observó un aumento del índice de profase asociado a la disminución del índice mitótico conforme aumentaba la concentración de plomo en cada tratamiento; asimismo se pudo determinar las anomalías celulares.
