The article examines the power that the Criminal Procedure Code gives the National Police to inform the media about the identity of the accused; and analyzes if this faculty affects the right to the presumption of innocence enshrined in the Political Constitution of the State and the Code of Criminal Procedure, in order to demonstrate that, in this aspect, the guarantee of a democratic criminal system is null and has serious negative effects in the person, in terms of labeling and stigmatization for the construction of the enemy.

The information's management on the traceability of wood in Peru is complicated by multiple causes. In this article we present our project, which seeks to propose a technological model that allows greater efficiency in the management of timber information so that sawmills in Peru can improve their administration. Our proposed model allows us to appreciate a possible improvement in the time it takes to obtain information on the traceability of wood compared to the traditional way in which work continues in Peru. Also, in the investigation a prototype application of traceable information was developed. The main contribution of the research consists in the design of a technological model that serves as a reference to develop a technological solution for the traceability of wood in Peru.

This research project aimed to give a perspective on the implementation of technologies in basic education in Peru. This article presents some of the results obtained from the analysis performed to the health sector budget. The study focused the analysis in the city of Lima. The methodology not only looks for a discussion of resource allocation in the health sector, it goes further and makes an analysis applying a Public Expenditure Tracking Survey (PETS) methodology. Nowadays, there is full consensus that the promotion of Science, Technology and Innovation has a positive impact on the economic growth of a country. In Peru, national and institutional STI decision-making is hindered by the lack of information on research activities. The National Council of Science, Technology and Technological Innovation (CONCYTEC) in Peru is increasingly aware of the value of embracing best practices in Research Information Management (RIM) and establishing an adequate national CRIS infrastructure, a project which has taken the name PeruCRIS. The purpose of this research was to measure the impact of the application of the immediate process in cases of flagrancy in Peru during the year 2016. Investigation of an applied type, not experimental cross-sectional, descriptive explanatory level. The information obtained through the questionnaire was considered the documentary analysis sheet; And the interview card. Once the phase of analysis and interpretation of the results was completed, ¡it was pointed out that the application of the immediate process in cases of flagrancy simplifies procedural and investigative acts that corroborate the existence of the crime and the criminal responsibility of the accused, gives greater speed to the Processes and timely satisfaction of the damage suffered by the victims, as well as citizen expectations.

The present research was submitted as a potential solution to the continuous upgrading demands that companies are currently experiencing. Using the Scrum methodology, it has been possible to streamline the project of designing a sales website that allows managing the daily sales data in a company in Puente Piedra, Lima; as well as the stock of products and customer information. The design of the prototype was successfully executed through Balsamiq Mockups, a tool that served in the creation of the prototypes of the web system. The results presented in this research may be useful for those entrepreneurs who need the design of web sites like ours for their proper implementation.
