The study raises like objective the one to observe and to analyze the conditions that are necessary for the constitution of technological parks in the regions of Peru within the frame of national decentralization and to raise some considerations that allow to promote the real entailment between State-company-university on the base of science, technology and innovation. Method: for aims of the present study it has been visited the different regions from the country to observe the situation of the interrelation between the State, the companies and the universities in the process of regional the economic and social development. Objective: The present study aimed to analyze the evolution of the Ecuadorian automotive park between 2019 and 2023, considering the impact of economic, political, and technological factors on vehicle composition, emissions, and the need for balanced policies in Latin America. Materials and methods: An exploratory methodology based on secondary sources was employed, conducting a systematic review of official data on sales, origin, brand share, and fuel consumption in the light vehicle market in Ecuador. Results: The results obtained evidence a growing preference for sport utility vehicles, in contrast to a decline in demand for cars and trucks. La Ley Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre en el Perú, permite la caza de subsistencia de la fauna silvestre para autoconsumo y el comercio de pieles por las comunidades locales. Estas pieles son secadas en la modalidad de seco dulce y luego almacenadas en las viviendas de los pobladores hasta su comercialización. Por lo tanto, son altamente manipuladas y expuestas a efectos ambientales diversos. En el estudio se recolectó 300 muestras de pieles, procedentes de tres cuencas de ríos (Amazonas, Napo y Pacaya- Samiria) y se estandarizó un protocolo de extracción del ADN para pieles de Pecari, evaluándose dos métodos de extracción de ADN (Fenol– Cloroformo – Alcohol isoamilico y por columna). El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad el estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta de producción de clara de huevo en polvo con la finalidad de determinar la viabilidad técnica, económica, financiero, ambiental y social. El mercado objetivo del proyecto es la población de nivel socioeconómico A, B y C ubicada en Lima Metropolitana, cuyas personas tienen un estilo de vida identificada con el deporte. Se obtuvo una demanda potencial de 551 105 794 kg tomando como referencia a Uruguay, el cual tiene un consumo per cápita de 15,43 kg de huevos por habitante, además, se consideró los factores de mercado objetivo, la intensión e intensidad de compra para calcular la demanda del proyecto que fue de 66 996 kg de clara de huevo en polvo.
