One of the main problems faced by small rural farming units is to develop and implement managerial models that contribute to leverage their natural potential and boost their productive development. In order to mitigate the impact of this problem, a cross-section, exploratorydescriptive, non-experimental and prospective research was carried on, between 2008 and 2011. The main propose of this research was to design a model for autonomous development which integrates the public, private and academic sectors in order to ensure the use of the resources in a sustainable and competitive manner taking into account agricultural practices, water resources, technological park, non-traditional activities (tourism and aquaculture ) and government public policies.

This study shows the estimates of emissions from mobile sources in the districts of Chaupimarca, Yanacancha and Simón Bolívar, in the Province and Department of Pasco. The methodology is based on the International IVE Model that estimates atmospheric pollutants based on three components such as: 1) Emission factors, 2) Vehicle activity, and 3) Distribution of the vehicle fleet. It was necessary to collect data from the vehicle fleet in the mentioned area to quantify the components and thus obtain an emissions inventory. The results of the emission of pollutants are as follows: CO is 24 047.31 Kg / day, NOX is 2 309.49 Kg / day, VOC is 1 602.19 Kg / day, SOX is 119.76 Kg / day and PM is 32.81 Kg / day, for a vehicular population of 4,500 units and an average travel magnitude of 527,362 km. This thesis develops architectural ecological strategies using bamboo and thermal comfort at the Manu National Park, Cusco, specifically for Section I of the Damping Area. The study chooses bamboo as main component to propose ecological architectural strategies that would help the conservation of a Natural Protected Area of worldwide importance such as the Manu National Park, because of its multiple contributions in environmental, economical and social aspects, and because it is a significant part of the native species of the Guadua genus in the Peruvian Amazon. The Manu -mainly the Damping Area- is currently affected by the human action, aggravated by the climate change effects and the financial-residential needs of the population. Se determinó un modelo matemático para estimar el área foliar de Caraipa utilis Vásquez en base al largo y ancho de la lámina foliar en un Varillal de la Reserva Nacional Allpahuayo Mishana. Se realizó el inventario de los individuos mayores a 10 cm de DAP de Caraipa utilis Vásquez en 1 ha. Después se seleccionó al azar 10 árboles, colectándose 50 hojas/árbol, evaluando al largo, ancho y largo por ancho. El largo promedio fue de 74,95 mm, con un ancho promedio de 32,55 mm. El área foliar calculada fue 1474,64 mm2, lo cual corresponde al tipo macrófila. Se desarrolló dos modelos matemáticos: El modelo lineal (AF = 281,757 + 0,473284 LxA, R2 = 0,774), sugerido para investigaciones que no requieran un grado de precisión elevado en la estimación de los datos. La presente investigación consistirá en determinar el uso de los sistemas de información geográfica para modelar la dispersión de contaminantes atmosféricos; empleando métodos alternativos de medición (sensores con placas programables). La zona de estudio está delimitada por el área urbana del distrito de Moyobamba, las concentraciones de CO se midieron en treinta puntos determinados de manera aleatoria y clasificadas en función al flujo vehicular, se empleó un sensor MQ – 7 en conjunto con una placa ARDUINO UNO, recolectando valores promedios de: 202,80 ug/m3 en puntos de alto flujo vehicular, 82,86 ug/m3 en puntos de medio flujo vehicular y 40,66 ug/m3 en puntos de bajo vehicular.
