There is acceptance and establishment of methodological stereotypes by professionals at the University of Medical Sciences of Villa Clara, Cuba. This is due to theoretical ignorance about the interrelation of linguistics with the methodology of research in the conscious expression of scientifi c language. Th e situation has served as a motivation to these authors to reverse it through the design and development of a course aimed at these university students. The essence of the course lies in the linguistic explanation –applied linguistics–, linked to methodological stereotypes in scientifi c writing. Style transfer is a natural language processing generation task, it consists of substituting one given writing style for another one. In this work, we seek to perform informal-to-formal style transfers in the English language by using a style transfer model that takes advantage of the GPT-2. This process is shown in our web interface where the user input a informal message by text or voice. Our target audience are students and professionals in the need to improve the quality of their work by formalizing their texts. A style transfer is considered successful when the original semantic meaning of the message is preserved after the independent style has been replaced with a formal one with a high degree of grammatical correctness. El proceso de cambios o innovaciones en un sistema ortográfico suele basarse en dos clases de consideraciones: a) pragmáticas, tendientes a facilitar el aprendizaje de la escritura y la corrección ortográfica sin que ello signifique un esfuerzo por parte de los usuarios; b) teóricas, procurar una mayor adecuación del sistema a los principios teóricos que lo sustentan.En el presente trabajo, asumimos que en los cambios habidos en la Ortografía de la lengua española de la RAE (2010), en lo que respecta al sistema grafemático precisamente, se ha perseguido solo una finalidad teórica, académica: adecuarse, todavía más al ideal del principio fonémico que lo sustenta, el cual propone un paralelismo cuantitativo entre los niveles fonológico y grafemático; aun cuando ello no signifique, necesariamente, mayor accesibilidad y mejor control del sistema escrito de la lengua español...

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal dar cuenta de la identidad que José María Arguedas, - el escritor, etnógrafo, antropólogo y músico -, representa en el contenido de su conjunto epistolar y diarístico para bosquejar sus desplazamientos entre las ciencias sociales y la literatura.
