The resolution of triangular systems is a computational nucleus widely used in various scientific applications. This research performs the implementation and comparison of several parallel algorithms against an efficient sequential algorithm for solving triangular systems. The algorithms are distinguished by the way of partitioning the matrix and the allocation to the processors. The analysis of the behavior of the algorithms is performed in the solution of systems of linear superior triangular equations in a cluster of computers. For this, the arithmetic time, communication time, speed-up, and maximum efficiency metrics are taken into account. Experiments were performed for each algorithm with different matrix sizes on various processors. The algorithm with the best results was the one that blocks the rows of the matrix and applies a cyclical distribution in the cluster.

Recurrent flooding in the mining works, deficiencies in the operation of pumps, unforeseen stoppages, and lack of water availability in the processes, affect the operations in the subway mine. The traditional solution adopted is to wait for maintenance times for its post evacuation, generating stoppages, consumption of water from the wells and inefficiency in the daily water demand. La empresa presentaba demoras recurrentes en la entrega de pedidos, ocasionadas principalmente por un reabastecimiento reactivo, la dispersión de productos de alta rotación y la falta de criterios definidos para la asignación de ubicaciones en el primer nivel. Therefore, the object of study is to contribute to clarify the discussion that arises around social responsibility from a legal angle. In this way, a transversal analysis will be carried out on the legal nature of the codes of conduct, which seek, beyond that they have the character of soft law, that they contain rights that are effective or enforceable. The research is based on the problems encountered in the production process of companies in the metalworking sector. The problem arises from the low availability of machines in the production process due to working conditions (39.5%), poor maintenance management (40.3%) and poor-quality control (20.2%) that generate low profitability for business. As a solution, Lean Manufacturing tools are implemented to improve the process and increase profitability. In this work, we seek to perform informal-to-formal style transfers in the English language by using a style transfer model that takes advantage of the GPT-2. This process is shown in our web interface where the user input a informal message by text or voice. Este trabajo detalla la síntesis y caracterización de películas nanoestructuradas de ZnO/TiO2/Ag2Se soportadas en vidrio conductor FTO, posteriormente utilizadas como catalizadores para la degradación fotoelectrocatalítica de oxitetraciclina (OTC) y naproxeno (NPX) en aguas. Las películas fueron sintetizadas a partir de una plantilla de nanorods de ZnO (NRs-ZnO), la cual se preparó a partir de la electrodeposición de semillas de ZnO y su posterior crecimiento en un baño químico. Los NRs-ZnO fueron recubiertos con un coloide de TiO2 mediante un proceso de inmersión (dip coating) controlando el número de ciclos, velocidad y tiempo de inmersión.
