Stakeholder classification is carried out by project managers using methods such as interviews with experts, brainstorming and checklists. These methods are carried out manually and present a subjective character as they depend on the appreciation of the interviewees. It affects the accuracy of the classification and the making-decisions. The objective of this research is to propose a fuzzy inference system for the classification of stakeholders, which will improve the quality of such classification in the projects. The proposal performs the automatic learning and the adjustment of the fuzzy inference system to classify the stakeholders executing two clustering algorithms: SBC and DENFIS. It examines the results of applying them in 10 iterations by calculating the measures: accuracy, false positive cases, false negative cases, mean square error and symmetric mean absolute percentage erro...

In our work we conducted a study for solving differential equations an application to modeling in a particular case of the biopharmaceutical sector, which was necessary at the time realize the importance of the application of this drug in a disease that became a pandemic Worldwide. In this problem the impact of zidovudine (azidothymidine or AZT) described on the survival of those who develop acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) infection with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus. For the solution of this model it is has an ordinary differential equation of first order with initial values on which the separation of variables is applied to obtain the real solution analytically and apply numerical methods 3 (Euler, Improved Euler and Runge Kuta 4) using MATLAB mathematical wizard to calculate approximate solutions. Finally, we show the results of the methods, the absolute and relative erro...

The resolution of triangular systems is a computational nucleus widely used in various scientific applications. This research performs the implementation and comparison of several parallel algorithms against an efficient sequential algorithm for solving triangular systems. The algorithms are distinguished by the way of partitioning the matrix and the allocation to the processors. The analysis of the behavior of the algorithms is performed in the solution of systems of linear superior triangular equations in a cluster of computers. For this, the arithmetic time, communication time, speed-up, and maximum efficiency metrics are taken into account. Experiments were performed for each algorithm with different matrix sizes on various processors. The algorithm with the best results was the one that blocks the rows of the matrix and applies a cyclical distribution in the cluster.

BioCen is a scientific institution made up of several production units that are dedicated to different lines in the Cuban biotechnology and pharmaceutical universe. To guarantee the security and management of the information generated in the institution, and to reduce the impact of IT risk, it has a set of tools, procedures and strategies, collected in a network management project that is updated every year. The project includes everything related to the configuration, structure, control and monitoring, both of the data network, the process network, and the Wi-Fi network; in addition to the organization of services, servers, and the systems that comprise them. This paper presents the management tools used in BioCen for the control and monitoring of the services provided on the network, its internal and external traffic; as well as the detection of incidents. Examples of monitoring and co...
