This study aimed to draw a parallel between instruments assessing marital quality and the way couples conceptualize their relationship quality. Twenty-five couples were interviewed to understand their ideas about a good quality relationship. The interviews were analyzed according to the topics couples presented, which were then compared with the concepts included in the instruments measuring marital quality. Five themes were identified, partially correspondent to the concepts assessed by the instruments. Cultural differences were found in the American instruments regarding the valuation of some themes to the detriment of others. Research with the Latin American population is necessary to understand its particularities and to develop measures in accordance with these specificities.

The homosexuality is a difficult problem for the society, because the people that not circunscribe in the heterosexuality are displaced towards the abject. In the tale «Laura era ella» of the book Cromozoma Z (2007) by Jennifer Thornidike. This problem is presented, where the lesbian female characters face the denial of desire and social rejection. Thus, this paper analyzes this issue from the perspective of Judith Butler in her book Cuerpos que importan (1993). Se buscó trazar un paralelo entre instrumentos que evalúan la calidad conyugal y la forma como las parejas conceptuan la calidad de su conyugalidad. Se entrevistó a 25 parejas para conocer lo que consideraban una relación de calidad. Las entrevistas fueron analizadas a partir de las temáticas presentadas por los sujetos y posteriormente se comparó con las variables de los instrumentos más utilizados para medir la calidad conyugal. Se identificó cinco temas que corresponden parcialmente a los conceptos evaluados por los instrumentos. Se han detectado diferencias culturales en los instrumentos estadounidenses en cuanto a la valorización de algunos temas sobre otros. Se propone que se haga más investigaciones con la población latinoamericana para comprender sus particularidades y desarrollar medidas que estén de acuerdo con tales especificidades.

El distrito de Olleros es uno de los 12 distritos de la Provincia de Huaraz de la región Ancash del Perú, está ubicado a 21 Km al sur de la ciudad de Huaraz. La población de Olleros en su mayoría se dedica a las actividades agrícola y ganadera, por lo tanto, aún no ve a la actividad turística como una alternativa de desarrollo que se desenvuelva de manera paralela a las otras actividades económicas existentes. Aún se desconoce la situación actual del turismo en el distrito, ya que no se han realizado estudios enfocados a impulsar una actividad turística que propicie la consolidación del turismo y su contribución con el desarrollo local. El presente artículo trata sobre el proyecto del colegio Schorge en Koudougou, Burkina Faso. Una arquitectura construida con limitaciones de todo tipo: económicas, de infraestructura, climáticas y sociales. Se trata de rescatar el valor de una arquitectura comprometida con el medio ambiente, la cultura local y la población. Se propone un paralelo con los recientes proyectos peruanos de escuelas planteados por el Plan Selva. Se evalúa cómo Perú y África, a pesar de ser dos realidades distintas, tienen características comunes.

The present article speaks about the project of the Schorge school in Koudougou, Burkina Faso. It is an architecture built with limitations of all kinds: economic, infrastructural, climatic and social. The objective is to save the value of a building committed to the surrounding environment, the local culture and the population. It is proposed a parallel with the recent projects of Peruvians schools proposed by the Plan Selva. It is evaluated how Peru and Africa, although being two different realities, have common characteristics.

“Deleuze and the Inversion of Kantism”. In this paper we aim to look into French philosopher Gilles Deleuze’s work in order to see whether there is such a thing as a ‘reversal of Kantianism’, parallel to his more well-known reversal of Platonism. To this end, we will propose, firstly, to read in the key of reversal the movements made by Deleuze regarding intensity and extension, on the one hand, and the paradox of inner sense, on the other. Then, we will analyze why Kant had already accomplished two great reversals, regarding the classical conception of both time and law, and consequently, we will develop the Deleuzean conception of Nietzschean eternal return as a simultaneous reversal of both aspects. Finally, we will inquire about the tropos of the aforementioned reversal, calling on the concepts of humor and irony.

En el presente trabajo nos proponemos indagar si en la obra del filósofo francés Gilles Deleuze existiría una “inversión del kantismo”, paralela a su más conocida inversión del platonismo. Para ello se propondrá, en primer lugar, leer en clave de inversión las operaciones realizadas por Deleuze en torno a la intensidad y la extensión, por un lado, y a la paradoja del sentido interno, por el otro. Luego, se analizará por qué Kant fue ya un gran inversor con respecto a la concepción tradicional del tiempo y de la ley, para a continuación desarrollar la concepción deleuzeana del eterno retorno nietzscheano como una inversión simultánea de ambos aspectos. Por último, nos preguntaremos por el tropos de la inversión en cuestión acudiendo a los conceptos de humor e ironía.

This paper studies the criminal liability of legal persons, which has suffered a deep reform with the organic law 1/2015, after being introduced in Spain in 2010. This reform has brought important modifications and news, as the creation of an exemption of liability through the adoption of compliance programs, which supposes a change in the so called model of transfer of liability, that existed before. Parallel to this transformation in the Spanish criminal code, in Peru recently the law 30424 has come into forth, which contents a corporate liability model, very similar to the one foreseen in Spain. Both models of liability and the possibility of its exemption raise doubts about if they really tried to penalize legal persons or not.
