Technological advances have allowed to collect and store large volumes of data over the years. Besides, it is significant that today's applications have high performance and can analyze these large datasets effectively. Today, it remains a challenge for data mining to make its algorithms and applications equally efficient in the need of increasing data size and dimensionality [1]. To achieve this goal, many applications rely on parallelism, because it is an area that allows the reduction of cost depending on the execution time of the algorithms because it takes advantage of the characteristics of current computer architectures to run several processes concurrently [2]. This paper proposes a parallel version of the FuzzyPred algorithm based on the amount of data that can be processed within each of the processing threads, synchronously and independently.

In the last decade the multicore processors had emerged with the comeback of the symmetric multiprocessing (SMP) after a long decade in which the based OpenMPI clusters had dominated the high performace processing world. Actually, we have in the market 2, 4 and 6 multicore processors; the Cell BE processors with a Power Processor Element (PPE) and 8 vectorial processors called Synergistic Processor Element (SPE), and graphics processors which have from 48 to 448 cores dedicated to numerical tasks. In the present work, we show our experience in the interaction with these processors, discussing the programming techniques and the future possibilities for making low cost numerical tasks.

Conforme a la Ley Procesal del Trabajo, las resoluciones administrativas firmes emitidas por la autoridad de trabajo en un procedimiento inspectivo sancionador constituyen títulos ejecutivos; sin embargo, el beneficiario de la obligación prefiere utilizarlo como medio probatorio en un proceso ordinario o abreviado y no recurrir directamente a su ejecución en un proceso ejecutivo laboral. This article deals with a project developed pursuing two parallel subjects: one, the analysis of production processes in small and micro enterprises (Pymes) that make stainless steel domestic goods, and two, the design and manufacturing of prototype products. A characteristic of the pymes sector is that their processes are based on plastic misshaping, thus obtaining middle?quality products, revolution geometric shapes, and little complexity; this is eminently a handmade process.

This article describes the construction of the Family Planning Knowledge Test for Promotors through a process which assured the test content validity, intemal consistency of scores, and parallel-test reliability. The test is presented in two equivalent versions, A and B, with 80 multiplechoice items esch. It generales separate scores for four thematic areas: Oral Contraceptives, Barrier Methods, Reproductive System, and Institucional Policy/Intrauterine Devices; additionally, it produces several composite scores and a total score. In construction companies, labor represents between 30% and 40% of the total cost of the work. The leading company in this area in Peru managed the workforce through a manual workflow, with many operational activities, subject to errors, without traceability and without being able to track the process.
