In Peru, since the end of the year 1992, there is a mixed retirement model which consists of a public system – integrated by the members of the armed and police forces (Decree Law 19846), public officials (Decree Law 20530), diplomatic officials (Supreme Decree 065-2009-RE) and the National Retirement System (Decree Law 19990) - and, in parallel, a private model, namely, the Private Retirement System (SPP – Sistema Privado de Pensiones) of the Retirement Fund Administrators (AFP – Administradores de Fondos de Pensiones) (Decree Law 25897). This article emerges do the necessity of relocate the relations between science, technological development and the own research. In our country, particularly in the public universities, psychology has oriented its action to the field of technology and the own research. It is ascertained that the transition of the development of scientific psychology has associated to the development of the psychology in the field of professional implementation using for that the own technology of models of intervention, from the clinical, educational or social and organizational field. Nevertheless, it is also recognizable that the production and the generation of systematical knowledge have progressed in a parallel way to the scientific research.

In this paper, the main objective was the preliminary study of the High Speed Rail Line - LIFAVE, included in the Trujillo - Lima section, constituted under an integral approach in its development, which was based on the use of the hierarchical analytical process - PAJ, as a percentage measurement instrument between LIFAVE and road transport (conventional transport). The abundance of dipoles of glucose in the blood stream would give rise to a pushing out of albumin proteins giving origin to the formation of a biolelectric circuit inside renal glomerulus. In the periods of large amounts of glucose and albumin in blood, kidneys might not be able to filter proteins initializing the interaction protein-protein at the renal glomerulus. From this nephrine and albumin interaction can be seen as a capacitor because the anionic and cationic functions of proteins. This paper have paid attention to the physics of renal glomerulus when it is electrically involved due to the presence of albumin that surpasses the different layers of renal glomeulus becoming a strong indicator of the kidney disease.

El mercado de la construcción en Perú muestra un crecimiento sostenido, con oportunidades de crecimiento especialmente en el segmento inmobiliario. Sin embargo, el manejo de los residuos sólidos presenta un desafío significativo. A pesar de la existencia de competidores y la posibilidad del ingreso de nuevos competidores en el mercado, se identifica una demanda insatisfecha de soluciones integrales y eficientes para la gestión de estos residuos. This paper evaluates the role that the external sector plays in the US and Mexican economic structures in the perspective of the integration process as found about the time the North American Free Trade Agreement was signed. Thus the paper pursues finding indicators for the integration levels between these two economies in the 1990's. The method of analysis relies upon the Input-Output model. Results suggest that those economies maintain an asymmetric relationship concerning the nature of their bilateral trade, e.g., the weight of that exchange in the total foreign trade is quite different. Nevertheless, these economies show striking structural similarities, which explain the parallel role that trade plays in each country, despite the obvious differences in the importance of the external sector in each economic structure.

El ajedrez en línea ha tenido un auge de popularidad desde el año 2020, con el contexto de la pandemia. Este auge trae consigo la problemática de las trampas en torneos de ajedrez en línea, las cuales comprometen su integridad y reputación, perjudicando tanto a jugadores como organizadores. Paralelamente, se han utilizado diferentes técnicas de Machine Learning en ajedrez, en los ámbitos de clasificación y regresión, principalmente para la predicción de resultados. Sin embargo, existen pocos estudios sobre la detección de trampas en ajedrez, principalmente por la dificultad de acceso a partidas con trampas en línea. El presente trabajo desarrolla un modelo de optimización para el proceso de reabastecimiento en un centro de distribución perteneciente a un operador logístico del sector consumo masivo. La empresa presentaba demoras recurrentes en la entrega de pedidos, ocasionadas principalmente por un reabastecimiento reactivo, la dispersión de productos de alta rotación y la falta de criterios definidos para la asignación de ubicaciones en el primer nivel. Estas deficiencias generaban picking en altura, recorridos excesivos, interrupciones constantes durante el proceso y riesgo de incumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio establecidos con el cliente. The growing presence of Internet and social networks into the structure of social information and their integration into traditional journalism, give the idea of a shift in the relationship between media and its users, placing them as partners in the development of public agendas. However, the change seems to focus on the activation of parallel information systems, remote from the original proposal of Civic Journalism. The purpose of this paper is to recover the meaning and the original proposals of this current, distinguishing it from functional uses that Internet provides to the media today.
