This article analyzes the process of paradigm change in Law, a non-peaceful transition from a model developed in the XX century to a new law which will sit throughout the XXI century. The changes that have occurred from this new legal paradigm are not superficial, but rather crossing the structures and foundations of modern legal ideology and technique that underlies, as the constitutionalization of national law, the internationalization of economic relations, the development of treaties or development of Community law. Furthermore, the author refers to the impact that this change took place in the theoretical construction of taxes and the delimitation of the scope of the tax phenomenon.

In today's society it is satisfied that the world is changing rapidly and today the market demands a process of transformation in all aspects is why in this article aims to highlight the importance and the need for a paradigm shift of the accounting profession, the latter being as innovative practitioner role so that it contributes to the effectiveness of socio-economic management.

In these times of pandemic, the world has witnessed the power of connectivity, and many organizations have seen the need to rethink their models and even reinvent themselves in response to this new form of global connectivity. This transformation has also changed the way public organizations deliver services to citizens. Successfully driving the digital transformation process requires a leader with skills and knowledge. Leadership has been considered as a critical factor that impacts e-government. This paper presents the competences of those responsible for driving digital transformation (DT) in organizations. The results show that leadership is one of the most desired competences followed by technological knowledge, business vision, and customer orientation. These aspects must be considered as a fundamental basis, in any organization that takes on the challenge of this paradigm shift.

The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of pedagogical support as a strategy to strengthen management in the classroom of a public school in Peru, located in the positivist paradigm, under the modality of descriptive field work and It is inserted in the research line of the Autonomous University of Peru, called: Person, Society, Company and State. It is postulated that the popular stories about saints in the area of Tarata (Tacna) are a continuation of the Andean stories as a result of active listening of the official hagiography (exposed by the evangelizers during the conquest and colony) by the Indians. Although, the stories about saints are far from the official hagiography, the mention of elements that show the saint as a paradigm and how this went through a process of transformation and blend with the environment, in which it was settled or “decided to stay” is evident. The Saints are constituted in characters that enable and support the process of identification with the new culture; when we attribute job and geographical knowledge of the area through interaction with local authorities. Syncretism and oral constant renewal that does not erase the Andean aesthetics and performance is built.

The development of artificial intelligence (AI), as a global advance, implies the social transformation towards a new paradigm, with great influence in various fields, such as labor. A paradigm shift is required that stops peddling traditional teaching and an result-focused culture of evaluation. This document is the product of a jurisprudential review of the period 2023–2024, which followed a qualitative design, an interpretive paradigm, and an inductive approach, applying a documentary technique to record all the rulings issued by the Constitutional Court of Colombia regarding the protection of fundamental rights affected by environmental issues.
