El trabajo de investigación reporta los resultados de la efectividad de un programa cognitivo conductual en el mejoramiento de la asertividad y el fortalecimiento del talento humano en mujeres víctimas de violencia familiar del distrito de Carabayllo. Investigación de tipo experimental y diseño utilizado es cuasi-experimental de medición de un grupo Pre y Post Test. Se administró a la muestra un Programa Cognitivo Conductual, así como la Lista de chequeo de Asertividad y el Cuestionario de talento humano. The results of a qualitative research were exposed, whose objective was to analyze and understand the manifestation of workplace harassment in women of Chilean psychosocial programs that provided care work to victims of violence. Sampling was done intentionally and for convenience. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 women from psychosocial programs of SENAME and SERNAMEG. The content-thematic analysis was carried out for the constructed data. The results showed that the exposure to workplace harassment was stigmatizing, mainly perpetrated by harassment to work, faced preferably with individual defensive strategies. The working conditions were syndicated as the main causes of workplace harassment. It is concluded that it involved damage to mental health and the rights of the workers.

This study assesses the effectiveness of programs aimed at preventing and legally addressing sexual violence in Ecuadorian educational institutions. A quantitative and descriptive approach is employed, using surveys to collect data from parents whose children have been victims of sexual violence. The results indicate that legal assistance programs increase formal reports and provide emotional support to victims. The need for comprehensive programs is emphasized, and improvements in preventive measures and legal procedures are proposed. The study underscores the importance of legal counseling in combating sexual violence in educational contexts in Ecuador.

La presente investigación buscó examinar la incidencia que tiene un programa de intervención, para desarrollar el nivel de resiliencia mediante la psicoterapia Gestalt, en mujeres víctimas de violencia que estudian en el CETPRO María Mazzarello de Piura. The objective of this research was to present the effects of a psycho-emotional care program in reducing depression in victims of sexual abuse in a hospital in the Callao Region, 2019. It was carried out in 30 adolescent patients who were evaluated in levels of depression using the Beck Depression Inventory instrument (BID IIA). The pre and posttest quasi-experimental design was used. The results revealed that the experimental group significantly decreased depressive symptoms, finding a t = 20.34 and a p = <.001. The difference of the means in the post-test increased in favor of the experimental group in the two dimensions somatic t = 17.52 and a p = <.001 and affective cognitive t = 18.97 and a p = <.001. Finally, it is concluded that the program is effective in reducing depression in adolescents and it is recommended to train psychologists in it.
