Objective: to provide evidence-based clinical recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Methods: a guideline development group (GEG) was formed that included specialized physicians in the fields of neurology, neuropediatrics, genetics, and methodology. The GEG asked eight clinical questions to be answered by recommendations in this clinical practice guidelines (CPG). We conducted a systematic search and - when deemed relevant - primary studies in Medline, Scopus, and the Cochrane Controlled Register of Trials during 2021 were reviewed. Evidence was selected to answer each of the clinical questions posed. Life skills are considered necessary to achieve healthy human development and their teaching has spread globally through the implementation of prevention programs in school environments. However, these programs require easy to use instruments with adequate psychometric properties. This study aims to provide validity evidence based on the internal structure for the Life Skills Test, and to design a short version to assess life skills in Mexican adolescents and young people in school. In this psychometric study the Life Skills Test was administered to 897 students (Mage = 20.70, SD = 3.73); 74.7 % were women (M age = 20.49, SD = 3.16), 25.3 % men (M age = 21.33; SD = 5.01). 2.6 % were secondary and upper secondary education, 95.4 % undergraduate and 2% postgraduate students. Objetivo: Elaborar una guía de práctica clínica peruana para el diagnóstico y tratamiento de la Distrofia Muscular de Duchenne y Becker (DMD). Materiales y métodos: Se conformó un grupo elaborador de la guía (GEG) que incluyó médicos especialistas en neurología, neuropediatría, genética y metodología. Con la presente metodología se determinó que la extensión total de las aguas superficiales del Perú es de 18763.31 km2, de los cuales, 10627.84 km2 (56.64 %), se ubican en la vertiente del Amazonas; 5843.25 km2 (31.03 %), se ubican en la vertiente del Titicaca; y 2313.55 km2 (12.33 %), se ubican en la vertiente del Pacífico. Si bien esta distribución es intuitiva, es la primera vez que se cuantifica esta diferencia. Sin embargo, para los fines de gestión de los recursos hídricos, del medio ambiente y del territorio, los resultados más importantes son los obtenidos a nivel de ámbitos de Autoridades Administrativas del Agua (AAA) y Administraciones Locales de Agua (ALA), que proporcionan una nueva mirada sobre la dinámica temporal y extensión espacial de las aguas superficiales del Perú con fines de su gestión.

The study had the objective of analyzing the psychometric properties of the Brief Academic Procrastination Scale (EBPA-16). The sample was non-probabilistic and intentional, represented by 478 university students (59.8% women and 40.2% men) from Lima Sur, aged between 18 and 33 years. The study was of the instrumental type, where the EBPA-16 was constructed and applied, made up of 16 items distributed in two dimensions, with a Lickert-type response scale with 5 response options. The results demonstrated the presence of content validity due to Aiken’s V values greater than .80. Homogeneity indices were found in the items (ritc >.20) and multicollinearity was rejected (ritc <.95). The category of welfare regime has been applied in critical contributions to the study of protection schemes in Latin American countries. This article reviews early debates in which this category was employed in the European context, and the transition to its application by Latin American researchers to study the cases of their own countries. The manner in which the perspective of welfare regimes and related conceptual tools were adapted to propose regional and local analyses of Latin America is also discussed. Starting with an analysis of how the Argentine case was understood, the approaches that characterized the regimes of the region as hybrid, incomplete, or embryonic are then analyzed and some possible vectors for a critical update are proposed. The theoretical review takes into account the considerable existing bibliography on Latin American welfare regimes.
