Esta tesis se ha desarrollado en la Escuela Profesional de Ingeniería Civil de la Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Arquitectura de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín - Tara poto, con fines de titulación como Ingeniero Civil. This study sets out to establish the effects of problem-based learning on translator instrumental competence in students of the School of Translation and Interpretation of a private university in the city of Lima. Focused on the search for explanations regarding ability to know how to translate, present and absent in university students and if this competence was due to the multiple tasks assigned. Developed within the neo-positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, substantive type, non-experimental design, deductive hypothetical method. The objective of this research study was to determine the relationship between the motivation of achievement and the resolution of problems with linear functions of the students of Foundations of Calculus for the afternoon course of the Faculty of Business at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, 2017. This study was developed within a quantitative approach, with a hypothetical deductive method and non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 76 students of Foundations of Calculus from the Faculty of Business of the aforementioned university. La legislación peruana brinda reconocimiento y protección a la unión de hecho en su forma legal de unión de hecho propia. Asimismo, su equiparación al matrimonio constituye la tendencia de las actuales leyes. Liability for defective products meets a modern legal framework applicable to cases which have an international nature in the European Union. However, the new regulatory developments have not solved the existing coordination problems and offer an unjustified complexity, so there is a certain risk that the objectives pursued by the European legislator in this strategic sector for the EU internal market are not going to be fulfilled. The objective of this study is to analyze the solutions contained in Regulation (EC) 442001, relating to jurisdiction, the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters and Regulation (EC) 8642007, concerning the law applicable to non-contractual obligations («Rome II»), aswell as their interrelationship with other conventional instruments.
