This article proposes to use the concept of communication for peace as a tool to improve the quality of information disseminated by the media. Firstly, it seeks to build a definition of communication for peace, and establish the minimum standards that this type of social communication matters. Then, it is intended to establish certain criteria to identify their presence in the media, and propose reforms in the respective public policies, but not before performing an analysis using statistics on the current situation of our radio and television.

In many ways, the COVID-19 pandemic has compromised the development of the nations, configured a number of restrictions to the fundamental rights and radically changed the lives of human beings in several negative aspects. However, there are also aspects that, as a result of the virus, are being redirected and that pose major challenges for the Judiciaries. Hence, it may be argued that these are new paradigms that allow us to rethink the judicial work and assume a relevant role in the digital transformation of the work of judges. Aspects, such as virtual hearings, the demand for investment in technology and a new approach in the role of judges to increase their use of artificial intelligence tools, imply important changes both in the present and in the years to come, and at the same time become paradigms with a view to improving the new tasks of judges.

However, there are also aspects that, as a result of the virus, are being redirected and that pose major challenges for the Judiciaries. Hence, it may be argued that these are new paradigms that allow us to rethink the judicial work and assume a relevant role in the digital transformation of the work of judges. Aspects, such as virtual hearings, the demand for investment in technology and a new approach in the role of judges to increase their use of artificial intelligence tools, imply important changes both in the present and in the years to come, and at the same time become paradigms with a view to improving the new tasks of judges.

Digital transformation is driven by new digital technologies, which are strongly impacting value chains, forms of organization and production, distribution channels, business models and the way in which innovation is carried out in companies and their allies. For this reason, it is important to understand the phenomenon, size it and develop organizational design proposals that facilitate managing it appropriately. Considering the above, this article aims to identify the relationship between digital transformation and innovation in companies, to determine how capabilities can be developed that allow reinforcing innovation processes. To this end, a model is proposed that correlates the management of digital technology and innovation with digital transformation, in such a way that there is a reference framework, guidelines and tools for its organizational deployment.

The crime detection of sexual violence needs to be optimized and improved. This study aims to substantiate, elaborate, and apply in practice the method of a transformed interview (based on mathematical modeling) to obtain information about sexual violence. For the first time the transformed-interview method was used while studying the hidden (latent) victims of sexual violence who do not want to report a crime to law enforcement agencies because they do not want the fact of violence against them to be made public. Currently, companies face significant challenges in improving their service levels due to constant innovations in digitization.
