Los huertos en el valle del río Lurín están en riesgo de desaparecer, uno de los principales motivos es que los terrenos agrícolas están siendo ocupados para usos de suelo prohibidos como: industrias, depósitos y comercio. Adicionalmente, el distrito de Lurín enfrenta una crisis de desocupación en la población joven, la cual contribuye a casos de inseguridad. Moacir Gadotti is one of the greatest critical thinkers of Brazilian education nowadays. His work has shown great potential to promote alternative political projects. The book Concepção Dialética da Educação was first published in 1983. As well as Dialectic in Marx reflects a conception of man and society, Gadotti is also clearly committed to the worker's point of view. These notes present his idea about dialectics throughout the history and his understanding that it stands out as a new instrument to fight for social justice in Latin America.

Drug design has significantly benefited from advancements in computational chemistry and neural networks. In this article, we explore the pivotal role played by computational chemistry techniques such as Density Functional Theory (DFT), Molecular Docking, and Molecular Dynamics (MD) in understanding and optimizing atomic and molecular-level interactions. Furthermore, we examine how the integration of neural networks has enhanced precision and efficiency in drug design. We present specific examples of research projects showcasing the synergy between these methods and highlighting substantial advances in the quest for effective medical solutions. Additionally, we discuss challenges and key considerations for continuing to progress in this multidisciplinary field.

El presente artículo es un esfuerzo de sistematización y análisis de las teorías de la acción utilizadas en el proyecto Comunidades de Aprendizaje entre los años 2015-2018 en el Perú. Así mismo, se realiza un análisis del proceso de escalonamiento en torno a cuatro categorías: profundidad, sostenibilidad, difusión y empoderamiento. Los resultados muestran que existe un mayor empoderamiento y difusión cuando se utiliza un enfoque de movimiento social, así mismo un enfoque de trabajo en redes fortaleciendo el trabajo de los directores y entre directores, según las zonas geográficas en las que se encuentran adscritos. There were analyzed empirical researches on transformational leadership in undergraduate and graduate university students from Peru and abroad between 2014 and 2023. The sample consisted of 23 research articles obtained from five electronic database: ERIC, ScienceDirect, Scopus, PubMed and Alicia. The PRISMA 2020 Declaration was applied to carry out the systematic review of the proposed topic. It was found that the United States is the country from which the main authors who published the most on the subject (30.43%), 2021 was the year with the most publications (26.08%), the most used approach and design were the quantitative (69,6%) and correlational (42.86%) respectively. This paper is part of a bigger research that aims to understand how professional education delivered through Project-Based Learning (PBL) affects self-authorship development on undergraduate students. This part of the project aims to evaluate self-authorship development of undergraduate students enrolled on PBL during four to five years. The method used was qualitative, transversal, with biographical-narrative approach. In deep interviews were the instrument for data construction. The structural evolution and dynamics of silver nanodrops Ag_2869 (4.4 nm in diameter) under rapid cooling conditions have been studied by means of molecular dynamics simulations and electronic density of state calculations. The interaction of silver atoms is modelled by a tight-binding semiempirical interatomic potential proposed by Cleri and Rosato. The pair correlation functions and the pair analysis technique are used to reveal the structural transition in the process of solidification. It is shown that Ag nanoparticles evolve into different nanostructures under different cooling processes. At a cooling rate of 1.5625 × 10(13) K s−1 the nanoparticles preserve an amorphous-like structure containing a large amount of 1551 and 1541 pairs which correspond to icosahedral symmetry.
