The objective of this research was to measure the situation of exposure to psychosocial risks at work in collaborators according to sociodemographic variables in a mining company in Arequipa. The psychosocial risk self-assessment questionnaire was used in the COPSOQ - ISTAS 21 work, version 1.5, in a sample of 201 collaborators, the study used the quantitative, descriptive - comparative, cross-sectional methodological design. El objetivo del estudio fue comparar el tipo de relaciones humanas predominantes entre los colaboradores de las empresas de comercialización según variables sociolaborales. El diseño correspondió a una investigación transversal, retrospectivo, expost facto, realizado en 422 colaboradores de cuatro empresas de comercialización de la ciudad de Arequipa, a quienes seles aplicó el cuestionario de relaciones humanas. Se encontró como principales resultados: los tipos de relaciones humanas predominantes de los colaboradores fueron negativas, las relaciones hostiles (6.71), relaciones inseguras (6.68) y relaciones egoístas (6.12) y en menor grado las relaciones de colaboración (3.30).
