The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between transformational leadership teacher and the autonomous work strategies of university students from a university of Peru. The research was correlational and the design was non-experimental. The technique used was the survey and a questionnaire was applied using Microsoft Forms. The universe was constituted by the students of the faculties of Humanities and Architecture and Urbanism enrolled in the year 2022 at the Federico Villarreal National University Nacional. A convenience sample was used. In the media industry, fast innovations and increasing competition require a high degree of corporate leadership (Koryak, Mole, Lockett, et al., 2015). The study of leadership appears to be an increasingly relevant issue. This research aims to find out to what extent leaders (editors and publishers) behave and understand their roles in Chilean and Spanish newsrooms. A questionnaire was applied to measure and identify leadership traits that are considered crucial, thus making possible to acknowledge transformational leaders and differentiate efficient leaders from ineffective. The results show that editors believe they have the ability to inspire, share goals and understand what is important, in contrast with the working experiences of their employees, that often have a low opinion of media companies as places to work.

This research aims to ascertain the impact of automation and sustainability on operations and the implications of digitalization at the South Dock of the DP World Port of Callao between 2019 and 2022. A two-stage mixed structure methodology with a data envelopment analysis (DEA) model is used to assess the relative efficiency of the decision-making units, while a Tobit regression is employed to compare coefficients to determine the significance of the variables. The results provided a comprehensive insight into the dock's performance, showing that digitalization significantly affected supply chain efficiency and. Microalgae are suitable for use as biotechnological platforms for the elaboration of recombinant proteins. However, in order to take advantage of them, it is necessary to design appropriate expression vectors. In that sense, the chloroplast is an excellent organelle to produce recombinant proteins in a numerous and compartmentalized way. Therefore, the main aim of this research was to construct a chloroplast expression vector for Ankistrodesmus sp. To achieve this goal, bioinformatics tools were used from the assembled and annotated sequences of the chloroplast genome of the studied species. The present study has been carried out in the Wood transformation plant of the company TRONCO SAC, located at 980 Navarro Cauper Avenue-Punchana, with the purpose of determining the origin of the miscalibration of thicknesses of the first transformation of the wood by applying the Ishikawa diagram. From the results obtained, according to the application of the Ishikawa Diagram, 14 deficiences were determined, of which five correspond to the state of the machinery, two to raw material, two to labor and three to organizational structure. The deficiencies related to the machinery are the most important since resolving each of them would allow the percentage of defects to be greatly lowered. Objetivo: Demostrar si el uso de trombólisis intravenosa en pacientes con accidente cerebrovascular isquémico es un factor de riesgo para transformación hemorrágica. Materiales y Métodos: Se llevó a cabo un estudio observacional, longitudinal, cohorte retrospectiva en pacientes que padecieron accidente cerebrovascular isquémico en el Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray, se revisaron historias clínicas entre los años 2013 -2017, se obtuvieron 96 pacientes con edades entre 40 – 80 años. La variable exposición fue trombólisis intravenosa y la variable resultado fue transformación hemorrágica. Resultados: De la totalidad de pacientes trombolizados, que fueron 24 pacientes, el 42% de ellos presento transformación hemorrágica, donde el análisis estadístico demostró la asociación entre trombólisis intravenosa y transformación hemorrágica. Recientemente, las organizaciones públicas han enfrentado presiones por parte de líderes políticos y ciudadanos para llevar a cabo una transformación digital en la prestación de sus servicios. Sin embargo, la mayoría de estas iniciativas no han producido los resultados esperados en las entidades estatales. Esto se debe, en gran medida, a que no se aborda adecuadamente la planificación y navegación por el proceso de transformación digital.
