ISO 9001:2015 is a standard for Quality Management Systems. Its implementation aims to improve the quality of the products or services provided by an organization to meet customer needs as well as legal and regulatory requirements. This standard uses the process approach, which includes the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle and covers seven audit findings integrated into the system. To achieve the objective, a descriptive, cross-sectional, and non-experimental research was conducted. The results include a characterization of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, as well as a proposal that addresses the audit findings using different tools and methods, in order to comply with the requirements of the standard. At the end of the literature review, it was concluded that some articles only address a small part of the standard, which led to expand this research to generate a proposal that will be useful...

The systematization of a relevant experience such as the training of 21 in-service teachers with the use of an action-research component was aimed at documenting and writing what happened, as well as explaining the results achieved as a result of the intervention. The aim was to interpret the experience critically, to learn from it and improve future practice. The study used qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results suggest that the component favored teachers to question their own beliefs about teaching and strengthen their abilities to make teaching problematic. They also suggest that these changes occur in training events that include spaces for reflection and discussion about beliefs and practices.

This research proposes a production model capable of increasing the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) using the methodology Lean Manufacturing and TPM. The case study is a company in the livestock industry where the 4 phases of the model were implemented. The first phase is the implementation of the Poka-Yoke tool. Then follows the implementation of the MRP. After that, the implementation of a preventive maintenance plan and the last phase is implementing the 5’s tool. After validation in the Arena software and the simulation of the implemented production model, it is shown that the OEE indicator increases by 15.69%, managing to achieve a productivity improvement.

The use of roadheader (RH ) equipment for the underground mining of zinc ores in the San Vicente reservoir is analyzed. The characteristics of the ore bodies of the deposit is described in terms of technical and economic terms for removal by continuous mining system . Compared with the method of room and pillar mining with filling up currently applied , through the present value (PV ) of the cost of the two mining systems determining the continuous mining method has the lowest present value cost . In the last stage of development of capitalism, transfers of businesses are frequent. For this purpose, legal systems have regulated procedures to protect creditors and shareholders. In Peruvian legal system, the General Law of Corporations regulates these kinds of transfers through mergers, divisions and reorganizations. This paper is focused on creation a program to simulate the dynamic behavior of a reactor of tank with constant reaction which initials in English it is CSTR (Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor), and is considered as a complete mixture and, therefore, it is assumed that their properties are uniform throughout the reactor in which the exothermic reaction takes place of the ethyl acetate saponification with sodium hydroxide.
