Este trabalho etnográfico tem como objetivo analisar as três diferentes perspectivas e suas relações dos atores da Reserva Nacional Allpahuayo Mishana (RNAM). Portanto, para a obtenção dessas informações, foram realizadas entrevistas e observações em um voluntário da RNAM, onde fui guarda florestal voluntário, coletando informações de pesquisa exploratória. Para atingir o objetivo, foram analisadas as entrevistas e observações coletadas em campo; posteriormente, foi desenvolvida a metodologia de mapeamento de atores segundo Esteban Tapella. Após a análise dessas informações, conclui-se que os três atores, apesar de manterem uma relação entre si na mesma área natural, possuem perspectivas diferentes, gerando alguns conflitos para o desenvolvimento conjunto da RNAM.

La evolución de la formación de comunicadores en América Latina, influenciada por modelos curriculares cambiantes, plantea cuestionamientos sobre la relevancia de la innovación social. Este artículo aborda estas inquietudes a través de la presentación de la experiencia del Seminario de Comunicación y Procesos de Innovación en la Licenciatura de Comunicación Social de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, desarrollado de 2021 a 2023. The figure of Ricardo Palma has always aroused much interest both as creator of the masterpiece, Tradiciones peruanas which collects traditions, customs, pieces of history from every period of the country, the Inca Empire, the Colony, the Independence and the Republic, as well as the opponent of Manuel González Prada, in order to mention only a few perspectives. And on the basis of the last one, we come to the topic of the unfair annexation of the traditionist to colonialism and the discovery of the critical tone towards politics, Peruvian society and the church. These three great poles, considered as an extension of the colonial system, receive from Ricardo Palma a critical and ironic look and a comparison with what happened in the past in an attempt to offer Peruvians a better future without repeating mistakes. The article engages the connections between development and infrastructure in an area of the city of Córdoba, Argentina, called the Fifth Section. From an ideological critique approach, the research examines three urban interventions inaugurated during 2018 and 2019, oriented to achieve fast circulation, urban safety, and social inclusion. The proposal, on one hand, presents a field of interrogations around the concepts of development, ideology and cities. On the other hand, it analyzes three urban infrastructures that materialize social horizons and expectations with a class perspective. This written work intends to submit a brief but comprehensive panorama of the Peruvian Amazonian forests situation. Hoping to achieve it, the first item entitled: “The Amazon for the World, the Region and Peru”, makes an approach of the diverse functions that this basin fulfills in these three levels; the second item: “The Amazonian Forests National Management”, seeks to bring us closer to the state of forest management, including a sub-item “Deforestation”, which pursues to encompass this complex problem; the third item: “Perspectives and Recommendations for Forests Management in a Climate Change context”, basically deals with various aspects to be considered, in a national context, for a future conservation of the Amazonian forests; and finally, there are a couple of global conclusions.

Systems dynamics, discrete event simulation, and agent-based simulation are three widely used forms of modeling for business decision making. These paradigms are focused on representing the behavior of systems over time, although in different perspectives. This paper compares the three paradigms in 10 aspects and it can serve as an indicator to choose the most appropriate technique to a required problem.

En este artículo se presenta una comparación de los tres paradigmas en 10 aspectos, comparación que puede servir como referente para elegir la técnica más apropiada para un problema requerido.

This article addresses the importance of developing an instrument that measures media competence, that is, the set of abilities to interact critically with the media. It introduces the problem of media education in the information society and argues the need to assess the skills of citizens in this context. It approaches this need from three perspectives: the pedagogical challenge that implies the little knowledge of the media competence and its little institutional formalization; the political discourse that privileges educational technology over media education; and the methodological question, analyzed from recent assessments of media competence applied in Spain, Chile and Peru, limited to the self-perception. Finally, we propose the construction of an instrument involving two features: integrative in terms of content, and innovative in terms of methodology.

Throughout this work, the author offers an integral and multidimensional vision of Law, focusing on the presence of three elements that integrate it: human conduct, norms and values. The study presented aims to promote and understand the agent commitment of students, future educators, in initial education through an expanded educational experience in order to proactively rethink their professional role. Participated 41 students from the Faculty and the Bachelor of Initial Education, who were studying the third year of the career at the National University of Río Cuarto, Argentina. At Universidad ESAN in Lima, Peru, a blended workshop using videoconferencing technology, online forums and minimal local class discussions was carried out through the Global Partners in Education (GPE) network from August to November 2017. The workshop was voluntary and facilitated interaction between Peruvian students and students from the US, Mexico, and China over the course of three modules. The participants from Peru were a heterogeneous group consisting of undergraduates and recent graduates, some pre-professional participants and some who were already working.
