The Constitution to be approved by referendum implies significant changes with respect to the 1979 Constitution in the area of economic normativity. This article reviews the principal modifications introduced, and analyzes the degree to which the majority and the opposition in Congress have agreed in this area of the constitutional reform process. The article finishes with an analysis of what these coincidences and differences imply for the stability of the changes adopted.

This article seeks to describe the main primary prevention measures on the 2019-nCoV or COVID-19 that is recently affecting our country, considering epidemiological aspects and recommendations applied and reported in other countries. The topics covered are the prevention of traveling patients, the importance of hand hygiene, respiratory prevention, policies in educational centers and prevention for health personnel. This is due to the need for a better characterization of this new health problem in our country, to establish public policies based on the prevention of complications from this new virus, taking into account assessments based on scientific, preventive and social evidence.

The evolution of the world economy and national economies is marked by di- fferent types of cycles: long-term Kondratieff cycles, financial cycles and crises, classical economic cycles. They are related and somehow nested. Here through an analysis of the contributions in this regard and in honor of the work of Bruno Seminario, who addressed these issues for the Peruvian case. The downswings of the five global Kondratieff cycles are revealed to contain thirteen of the fourteen global recessions identified from the late nineteenth century to now. The addiction subject is nowadays a valid one, as well as in the past century. Not only because of the increase of people that are addict, but also because of the important effects that cause on people and their environments. There are many theoretical perspectives to approach the addiction problem, but the most convenient because of its therapeutic results is the one that issupported by the psychology of health. lt is based on the integral approach to the person. Financial inclusion is a relevant matter that is constantly being looked upon, given its influence in reducing poverty and enabling the low-income population to access financial products and services, thus improving their living condition. This research aims to analyze the evolution of financial inclusion in Peru during the last seven years (2016-2022);also, it takes into consideration information from secondary source databases, such as reports from the World Bank, the Superintendencia de Banca y Seguros, and the Banco Central de Reserva del Perú. The method used has a descriptive and explanatory design. This article reviews the different approaches which have been developed to explain the process of economic centralization and financial group formation. Entrepreneur-based views which explain this phenomenon solely on the basis of entrepreneurial stamma are seen first. Those currents which discuss the issues from the point of view of the firm are examined next, including neoclassical, institutionalist, managerialist and new institutionalist contributions. The third section examines some economic and sociological ideas which focus on a loosely defined concept of groups. Hilferding's theory of finance capital and its subsequent developments is then discussed. The article ends with a discussion of the themes and problems raised by this literature.

Since these constructs can be linked in the fields of clinic and social psychology, it is necessary to provide a revision of their theoretical foundations withempiric evidences to clarify its characteristics and divergencies to the scientific community. This process is essential because the existential void, a widespread and visible phenomenon in our society, can be seen as a behavior with the loss of personal values and the emergence of inauthenticity.
