This research sought to describe the teaching strategies used by teachers in the interaction processes of first grade students in two educational institutions in Lima. The technique used was, in the first place, observation, for which a field notebook and a checklist were used. Second, interviews were applied to teachers. Among the finds, the significance of the strategies employed, such as teamwork, dynamics of integration and assignment of roles in the modes of interaction of first grade students, was evidenced. Likewise, certain predominant attitudes were observed among some students, which evidenced the establishment of both horizontal and vertical interactions.

Objective. To analyze the relationship between research variables “administrative management” and “brand positioning” at Instituto Juan Bosco in Huanuco, during the first academic semester of 2018. Methods. Research focus was quantitative and its design was non-experimental, data was collected through an opinion poll to find out behavior of the study variables in students of said educational institution.Results. A strong positive relational level (0.758) was obtained. It was interpreted with Pearson correlation coefficient, which shows that there is a relationship between the variables. The discussion about metacognition, a recently characterized cognitive phenomenon, indispensable in education processes and problem-solving, falls within two particular fields of knowledge, i.e., evolutionary psychology and information processing. From these fields come the theoretical perspectives that emphasize phenomena such as the theory of the mind, the evolution of intelligence, the sense of knowledge, understanding, knowledge, and regulation. As conclusions, for the teacher, we emphasize the importance of raising awareness about students' mental processing manners as a possibility to adapt teaching strategies, an essential requirement to ensure that learning and development occur and that the student engages more effectively.

The research work describes and analyzes the teaching-learning strategies used by the teachers of the rural Yaputira - Huancané 2019 school, this reveals the teaching strategies most used by teachers in Aymara secondary schools.
