La tesis tiene como propósito identificar la efectividad de la aplicación de estrategias didácticas e innovadoras en el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo de las estudiantes de pregrado del IV ciclo, del programa de Educación Primaria de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Femenina Sagrado Corazón. Específicamente, el estudio está dirigido a las futuras profesoras de Educación Primaria como agentes de cambio, pues en ellas recae la misión de innovar y liderar proyectos que con el impulso creativo brindará mejores oportunidades y espacios en los que la imaginación, sensibilidad y flexibilidad estarán presentes. La investigación concluye que existe una relación directa entre la aplicación de estas estrategias y el pensamiento creativo, lo que permitirá a las estudiantes adaptarse e innovar ideas, resolver problemas y desarrollar su sensibilidad.

El saber convivir con el otro y desarrollar habilidades blandas que permitan a los futuros ciudadanos ser mejores personas es una necesidad imperiosa y tarea de los educadores. Considerando el propósito del estudio, estuvo centrado en aplicar un programa educativo para el fortalecimiento de la convivencia escolar y habilidades sociales en estudiantes del nivel primario de una institución públicade Lima ubicada en el distrito de Cieneguilla. La investigación se abordó desde un enfoque cuantitativo, nivel explicativo, de tipo aplicada y diseño preexperimental.
