El aula virtual es un recurso innovador de educación que permite al docente y alumno acceder y hacer uso de diversos medios (chat, páginas web, foros de debate, blogs, wikis, etc); con la finalidad de realizar actividades que conduzcan al aprendizaje. El uso de este recurso va a contribuir a optimizar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje presencial, ya que genera un entorno de desarrollo y trabajo colaborativo entre todos los agentes del aprendizaje, esto permitirá́ mantener una comunicación eficaz entre alumnos y docentes. This research was conducted in November 2014, in the period that includes the beginning of the second academic semester 2014-11. In this stage of training of our students in the academic area of Architecture, Heritage and Criticism, teachers prepare the student to develop their capacity for analysis and deepen their knowledge that they will later apply in a different context within a specific reality. La presente investigación se realizó en el mes de noviembre del año 2014, en el periodo que comprende el inicio del segundo semestre académico 2014-11. Heritage assets have been essential in politics, especially in the 19th century where building a national heritage was key to legitimizing order and the nation. Recently, global and local debates on the cultural paradigm have arisen that challenge the hegemonic view of heritage and instigate reflections on how cultural expressions are perceived. A significant example of this architecture is the Astoreca Palace, a symbol of the bourgeoisie linked to the nitrate industry. After its construction, it became state property and became a regional administration, and later transformed into an informal cultural space.
