The author claims that, from a general perspective, the economic analysis of infonnation and its relation with law presents a strong inefficiency. The author develops a study ofthe economic incentives in general and the manner how prívate property is constituted as the principal but is not the only one of the economic incentives for the production of information and innovation. In strict sense, the author explores the ontology of property, showing that it does not allow the inclusion of immaterial and intangible goods since the modern fundamentals of such institution come form the appropriation and the homesteading rule, categories incompatible with the ontology of information. Into such argumentation, the author studies the economic incentive theories for information and innovation, initiating with the study of the characters of information and the fallacies that always had surrounded ...

The maximum chemical and functional conservation of the yacón by the organic sterilization system, was achieved by applying a load of 4 kg / pouch, 1 min. process time and temperature 100 °C saturated steam injection. Under these conditions, was obtained 2,4 % (db) protein and 52 % (db) of fructooligosaccharides. Regarding the microbial load, 60,59 % (10 CFU / g), 65,76 % (20 CFU / g) and 0 % (<10 CFU / g) for aerobes, molds, and yeasts, respectively decreased; pathogenic behavior was very similar to that of the raw material: E. coli <3 CFU / g, absence of Salmonella (25 g) and <3 CFU / g for total coliforms, whose samples were able to adjust to the demands of the health standard Peruvian and international standards; which showed that applying the OSS technology is accomplished to preserve the nutritional and functional quality of yacon.

The aim of this research was to evaluate the interaction effects of quinoa, kiwicha and tarwi flours in pasting properties (peak viscosity, VP; trough viscosity, VM; setback viscosity, VR; final viscosity, VF) and textural properties (firmness, consistency, cohesiveness, viscosity index) of the gels formed in an aqueous system using the experimental approach of mixture design. Ten treatments were formulated, which were composed of 3 individual ingredients, 3 binary mixtures, and 4 ternary mixtures. The results of this research show that the high-water absorption capacity and absence of starch from the tarwi flour significantly affected the viscosity parameters of the pastes, as well as the textural properties of the gels. kiwicha flour had a higher viscosity profile (VP: 1188.5 cP, VM: 932.5 cP, VF: 1194.0 cP, VR: 261.5 cP), than quinoa flour (VP: 147.5 cP, VM: 137.5 cP, VF: 336.5 cP; VR...

Article research addresses the problem of how and when it is determined that the improvement of the transfer of ownership of the property determined in the international sales contract. For it is based on the description of the property transfer system in comparative law in the solutions given to the subject in several of the schemes belonging to the civil law family. A how various codes including our belonging to the Roman-Germanic system include the effects to recognize the contract of sale, since this regard there are two (02) positions: the first, which recognizes real effects (holding that contract is sufficient), and another that only recognizes obligational effects (which also requires the contract an additional act.). All this to seek to identify international business practice of these operations, the precise time it occurs the transfer of ownership of the right of ownership of ...

The effects of organic and conventional crop systems on chemical composition, antioxidant activity and functional properties were evaluated in white and dark chia (Salvia hispanica L.) seeds. The organic system reduced the total protein content, and increased the total carbohydrates but did not change polyunsaturated fatty acids, total phenolic or flavonoids. Organic white chia seeds showed the best techno-functional properties. The antioxidant capacity of chia extracts varied in relation to the chemical complexity and differential rate kinetics of different assays. Extractable total phenolic acids and antioxidant capacity were better in organic white chia seeds. In this first approach, we have demonstrated that the organic white chia seed has a better total antioxidant capacity measured by direct quencher approaches than its conventionally-grown counterpart. To summarize, we conclude th...

We study a system formed by M dimers through half-filled two-site Hubbard model, with two electrons. Our approach use the third version of Nonextensive Statistical Mechanics as tool for calculating thermodynamic and magnetic parameters such as entropy, internal energy, magnetization and specific heat. In the computer simulations, we vary the q entropic index values between 1 and 2, such that, q = 1.0, 1.4, 1.7 and 2.0. These values are interesting to study small magnetic systems. We find the critical temperature regions in simulations with the simple Hubbard model, i.e. without the intersite interaction. For other side, adding this additional term, we notice an enlargement and shifting of the thermodynamic parameters comparing with the obtained from simple Hubbard model; even more, we found in some cases the absence of the critical temperature regions.

The following article evidences the importance of considering the concept and the components of the right to the city in the Peruvian legislation. For that purpose, it considers the growing recognition of the importance of cities under the ‘New Urban Agenda’ and the search for assurance of decent life quality for the inhabitants of a city. Moreover, the authors propose to overcome the conception of the city as a physical space where its sole purpose is to produce individual wealth and benefits, for its recognition as a space of interaction and citizen development as a collectivity. Based on this definition, the right to the city implies a guiding principle that seeks to generate spaces for community participation, a fair distribution of urban charges and benefits, and the promotion of active citizenship.

The origin of the mining property, along the history, has been explain through the basis of two theories. The theory of the accession and the theory of the separation. The first part reffers to the unit of the soil and the subsoil; the second one distinguishes and separates the property of the soil from the subsoil. The theory of the accession considers that the surface (soil) and the deposit (subsoil) are a unit as the mineral deposits are incorporated into the superficial property. The mines belong to the holder of the surface for being an accesory to this one, this argument takes root in the natural Law. Therefore, the mines cant be exploited independently of the soil, faculty reserved only to the owner of the surface who can exploit them freely. The theory of the separation is opposed to the accession for considering to the mining property a different foreign good separated from the ...

One of the biggest problems faced by the researcher who is interested in studying property in Andean communities is that there is not only one solution. After 400 years of being exposed to multiple pressures from Western society, the Andean world, in order to survive, learned to camouflage itself under the cultural clothing of the dominators. Consequently, it is not surprising that it incorporated a good part of the legal terminology of the latter and that at the same time they preserved that which was more appropriate to their uses and customs along with the social system.

In the present article the evolution of property is exposed. Previously, the essence of property was constituted by the right of enjoyment, disposition and organization of social work. Now, the property covers various aspects such as the relationship between the shareholder and its action, the right of the owner of rental houses, the relationship between the company and its asset assets. For all these reasons, the author affirms that property has become an analogical concept that allows confronting diverse realities. First of all, the concept of Napoleonic property will be taken as the starting point of reference, to then compare and observe the changes made in the legal system. Then analyze what is the role of property as an instrument and manifestation in society. In other words, the functioning of the liberal society within which classical property is developed will be examined to det...
