Ha transcurrido más de dos años desde que el marco normativo aplicable a la minería ilegal y al proceso de formalización minera entró en vigencia. A la fecha, el Gobierno conoce las reales dimensiones del problema, sus causas, consecuencias y prioridades. Sin embargo, aun cuando el objetivo es justo y necesario, debido al laberinto jurídico con el que se ha regulado el tema, la figura del minero informal se ha convertido en el principal obstáculo para la comercialización de minerales en el ámbito de la minería a pequeña escala.

This paper contributes to the reflection on the process of transition from analog television to digital television which is to be broadcasted in Peru and considers that digital television offers a better sound and image quality and less interference. This research is based on the problem of communication observed in the Academic Office of Research of the UCV: Universidad César Vallejo Campus Chiclayo (AOR-UCVCH), facing such a situation, it was suggested hypothetically that a proposal of organization and control model, focusing on a manual of procedures which overcomes such problem. Gamification is the use of game elements to promote motivation, increase participation, and enhance the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study was to develop a methodological strategy based on gamification to reinforce the teaching and learning process of the English language at the upper basic level of the Charapotó Educational Unit. The purpose of this work is to investigate the interaction betweena group of self-referenced beliefs and the strategies used to copewith, and eventually overcome, the adversity in adolescents thatlived in a situation of social vulnerability. According to this goalfour instruments were used: The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale(1965), the Piers-Harris Self-Concept Scale (1984), BanduraSelf-Efficacy Scale for Children and Adolescents (1990) and aninterview elaborated specifically for this study. With the social outbreak in Chile in October 2019, a series of demonstrations and citizen mobilizations of different sectors of society began, which promoted various requests for social claims and demands. It is from this event that, on November 12 of that year, a presidential speech was issued, through which three major agreements were proposed to overcome the crisis that was being experienced, and one of those agreements was the agreement for a new constitution.This promise gave rise to the formation of the Constitutional Convention, the body which, after a long and arduous period of work, has recently presented a new draft constitutional text, which will be accepted or rejected by means of a plebiscite to be held in September of this year. In this context, the purpose of the interview is to analyze and evaluate the most decisive aspects of the constitutional process.

This article seeks to contradict the assumption that environmental and climate issues are subordinated to the economic growth agenda in public policy and legislative decisions. On the contrary, it proposes that certain political conditions and extraordinary events might be coordinated in such a way as to successfully drive environmental and climate initiatives into public debate, which, far from being seen as residual issues that can be postponed without major political costs, eventually manage to overcome the hurdle of economic objections and ideological misgivings. To support this argument, we analyze the complex political process that Law 30754, Framework Law on Climate Change, has faced since even as early as 2008, with the first bills, until its approval in the Congress of the Republic in 2018 and its subsequent enactment by the Executive Branch.

La matriz FODA es la herramienta de análisis por excelencia para fines de negocios, y se enseña en cursos de pregrado y postgrado. Sin embargo, se entiende que la elección de los factores críticos de éxito (FCEs) que se incluyen en la matriz para el análisis es un proceso muy subjetivo y no estructurado, que da cabida a sesgos y arbitrariedad. Una forma de dar una mejor base y respaldo a los resultados del análisis es mediante la utilización del Proceso Jerárquico Analítico (AHP) con el fin de ponderar la importancia de los FCEs en la matriz FODA y aumentar la fiabilidad de los resultados. Este documento contiene el diseño de una estrategia para enseñar este tema en un curso de planificación de marketing, con la adición de una técnica útil para superar las limitaciones de la herramienta.
