Cancer is one of the public health problems in many countries or regions of the world. The incidence, mortality, and prevalence of cancer allow us to quantifying the magnitude of this pathology and guide public policies concerning prevention and health services. The high economic and social cost that the care of these patients represents means that the prevalence, form of evolution, and prognosis differ from one country to another. In Peru, cancer represents the leading cause of death. By 2018, according to Globocan, more than 66,000 new cases were diagnosed and more than 33,000 deaths from cancer were registered. The three most common pathologies in women were breast cancer (19%), cervical (11%) and stomach cancer (7%), and in men prostate cancer (25%), stomach (10%) and cancer colorectal (7%); and the main causes of death were stomach (13.9%), lung (8.6%) and prostate cancer (8.2%). Receiving a diagnosis of a chronic condition in family, brings changes and drastic repercussions. Hemophilia is an hereditary chronic hemorrhagic disease that needs specific care The objective of this study was to analyze and describe the multidimensional family impact of the hemophilia diagnosis in pediatric patients in a group of progenitors. Attended by 20 parents (10 males and 10 females) answering the PedsQL ™ 2.0 instrument. The Family Impact Module developed by Varni et al., (2004). The low overall scores indicate a biopsychosocial affectation of the parents; the most affected area is the concern and the main physical repercussions are : insomnia, headaches and stomach ache. It is necessary to highlight these problems and design integral care programs for parents.

Most common cancers in developing World-stomach, cervix, lung and liver cancer have decreased in incidence and mortality in industrialized countries, but remain as a serious public health problem in our country. Disparities in cancer are caused by the complex interplay of low economic class, culture and social injustice with poverty playing the dominant role. These areas should be delineated and targeted with an intense approach to provide education, appropriate access to screening, diagnosis, treatment and an improved social support.

This research was developed in order to analyze the management and management of mercury-containing lamps and to identify the health and environmental risks related to their mercury content. Taking into account that mercury is a natural and toxic substance, which once released into the environment it can remain and circulate in air, water and soil. It also causes a wide range of systematic effects in humans (kidneys, stomach, lungs and nervous system). In Peru, the lamps are considered as waste of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) at the end of their useful life. The environmental problem they present is their mercury content, is not essential for any metabolic process and is bioaccumulable in living beings. Taking into account the risk it represents, many countries of the world, including Peru, signed the Minamata Agreement, and have been implementing national planning and mana...
