Daily learning activities generate exchanges of ideas, doubts, and explanations between students and teachers. These dialogues and the possibility of asking a teacher questions disappear after classes. New automated communication tools developed with word processing programs, such as chatbots, have proven helpful in commerce and customer service. Some educational institutions are currently exploring the benefits of these programs in student care. This paper describes an exploratory study on the use of educational software and conversational agents in the teaching of programming; the objective is to identify the potential of this type of program to support teachers in the training of programmers and the accompaniment of students in their self-managed learning.

This study analyzed the impact of a Digital Learning Program in Science and Technology on students with special needs at IE 2047. A pre-experimental and descriptive study with a correlational approach was conducted, evaluating 30 participants using reliable instruments and both descriptive and inferential statistical tools. The results showed a significant increase in scores after the test, a positive relationship between the time the program was used and the improvement in scores, and high reliability in the tools employed. These findings demonstrate that digital technologies can be valuable for promoting inclusion and enhancing learning in challenging educational contexts.

We report a descriptive-comparative study focused on differences in the perception of the quality of education among students in special programs in the Faculty of Education at the National University of San Marcos. Objective: To validate a survey aimed at measuring satisfaction of residents about a specialization program in Lima, Peru. Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried-out. The survey was built considering resident´s opinions on the satisfaction requirements of each program and the five components of the SERVQUAL quality survey. A pilot study was undertaken to evaluate the degree of understanding of the questions and an expert evaluation was also performed before applying the survey. Reliability was evaluated with Cronbach´s alpha test and validity was evaluated with a multifactorial analysis. Descriptive statistics was applied, Chi square test with a p value <0.05 was  used. Results: 218 (82.0%) surveys were analyzed; 54.1% were females; 57.7% were younger than 30 years of age; 86.2% were of free position. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo conocer cuáles son los factores que determinan la insatisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Lely Special Corporation SAC durante el 2017. Se caracteriza por ser cuali-cuantitativo de diseño descriptivo no experimental. Para la obtención de los datos estadísticos se utilizó la encuesta, cuyo instrumento es la encuesta de opinión; el mismo que se aplicó a una muestra de 76 colaboradores con edades que fluctúan entre 20 a 63 años de edad, que ocupan el cargo de auxiliares de despacho en el área de distribución de líquidos. De acuerdo al análisis estadístico se concluye que el 48,68% se encuentra en desacuerdo con la satisfacción con la labor que realizan y el 51,32%.

Introduction. The cardiovascular rehabilitation programs (CRP) represent an effective multidisciplinary medical-health strategy in prevention and control of cardiovascular problems. Objective. To assess the impact of a CRP carried out in the workplace, in reducing absolute cardiovascular risk in INCOR workers. Methods. An experimental study. 41 workers with different levels of cardiovascular risk were included and were evaluated before and after their participation in the CRP on their functional capacity, cardiovascular risk factors and stress levels. This study had as aims to evaluate the effect of the assertive skills program for social interaction in a sample of patients with anorexia nervosa (AN) or bulimia nervosa (BN) who attended a specialized clinic in Lima. For these purposes, the research was carried out with a design of pre and posttest, in a group of 49 patients diagnosed with eating disorder, AN and BN symptoms, divided into experimental group (n = 24) and control group (n = 25). The Gismero´s Social Skills Scale (EHS), was used as an instrument to measure the dependent variable. According to the Ministry of Education, there are several institutions that provide and develop forms of education and training that allow access to technical training for the dispersed population or with difficulty to attend centers that offer specializations at high costs, this is the case of the technical institutions run by the State. As an initial strategy, the realization of a systematization of experiences in technical education in construction in South America, specifically in the courses of improvement and specialization of technicians focused on the construction market, that serve as a framework for future proposals of efficient technical education and effective, assess and recognize the importance of training proposals in technical education and complementary job training.

A cross-sectional study was conducted, through a questionnaire applied to seventy-eight cardiology residents from the second and third year of specialty. We evaluated the compliance with rotations in clinical fields, individual compliance with the annual program, and the achievement of minimum training standards. Results. Compliance with rotations in clinical fields was highly variable (from 7.9% in Cardiac Rehabilitation for the second year to 90.9% for imaging in cardiology).
