A single-item instrument is introduced to identify the family relationship model from the youngsters perspective (MOREFAM). Its validity was evaluated using the Family Functioning Test and the Authentic Happiness Questionnaire. The content of the verbalizations was analyzed to identify the psychological state of the adolescents. The sample consisted of 230 youngsters between the ages of 15 and 22 from various high schools in Monterrey, Mexico. An association was found between the levels of family functionality and happiness with the different family models. The instrument, easy to apply, allows a quick approach to the style of interaction between parents and children, revealing the feeling, thinking and acting of adolescents from Monterrey, based on their family model.

The study aimed to estimate the components of (co) variance and genetic parameters for growth traits as birth weight (BW), weaning weight (WW) and weight at 16 months of age (W16) of calves of the creole breed Costeño con Cuernos, born between 1989 and 2011 in a herd located in the northeast of Colombia. For this, 3060, 2594 and 1990 BW, WW and W16 records were analyzed, respectively. Single-trait (UNI) and multi-trait (MT) models were used. Six variants were evaluated with the UNI model, in all cases the random effect of the animal was included and the rest of the models alternated the maternal effect, the effect of the permanent environment and the relationship between the direct and maternal effect. Cuniculus paca is a terrestrial rodent that inhabits the neotropical forests of Central and South America. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of sperm separation on the quality of cryopreserved semen of C. paca. Sixty straws of frozen semen were thawed. One aliquot was subjected to sperm separation by single-layer density gradient centrifugation (SLC) and the other aliquot remained as a control group with semen not separated. Sperm motility and kinetics were evaluated using a computerized-assisted sperm analysis (CASA) system, functional membrane integrity by hypoosmotic test (HOST), and sperm morphology by eosin-nigrosin staining. The article analyzes how family structures in Peru have evolved and how Article 495 of the Civil Code does not adequately reflect this diversity. Currently, only 21.8% of family units in Peru correspond to the traditional family, while 61.4% adopt other forms, such as single-parent, same-sex, and blended families, and the current legislation remains focused onprotecting only traditional family units,excluding those who do not fit this model.The analysis of the Registry Court’s resolutions shows that Peruvian legislation maintains a strict interpretation, excluding those without a spouse or dependent children from patrimonial protection. The single diode model for photovoltaic (PV) cells relates a cell’s current to its voltage through five electric parameters which give us fundamental information about a module and the physical processes inside its cells. ABSTRACT Objective To translate into Spanish and evaluate the evidence of content validity, construct validity and reliability of the Cancer Worry Chart as a single item measure of worry for cancer. Method The Spanish translation of the Cancer Worry Chart was done with the back-translation procedure. The participants were 165 healthy people with a family history of cancer who responded to the Cancer Worry Chart and the Cancer Worry Scale (CWS). BERT produces state-of-the-art solutions for many natural language processing tasks at the cost of interpretability. As works discuss the value of BERT’s attention weights to this purpose, we contribute with an attention-based interpretability framework to identify the most influential words for stance classification using BERT-based models. Unlike related work, we develop a broader level of interpretability focused on the overall model behavior instead of single instances. We aggregate tokens’ attentions into words’ attention weights that are more meaningful and can be semantically related to the domain. Maintaining the stability of bipedal walking remains a major challenge in humanoid robotics, primarily due to the large number of hyperparameters involved and the need to adapt to dynamic environments and external disturbances. Traditional methods for determining these hyperparameters, such as heuristic approaches, are often time- consuming and potentially suboptimal. In the context of the virtualization of university education due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we conducted a study to establish the determinants of the intention to use the virtual classroom, following a theoretical model based on the Technology Acceptance Model modified by Park (2009) and including the factors Attitude, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease, Virtual Self-Efficacy, Subjective Norm and Accessibility of the system. The sample consisted of 1260 self-selected students from 13 Dominican universities. In this paper we present and confront the expected outcome of an increase in risk on the regional or sectoral allocation of labor force and employment. The basic frameworks are the benchmark dualistic scenarios. A single-input analysis of a homogeneous product economy is provided.
