Objective: To describe the existing knowledge about metal-free prosthetic biomaterials according to their physicochemical properties and based on this, define criteria for their placement in both the anterior and posterior sectors. Materials and methods: A digital search was carried out in the databases: PubMed/Medline, Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar of the literature published in the English language without time restrictions and included original articles such as case reports, retrospective and prospective studies, narrative, comprehensive, systematic reviews and meta-analysis. Introduction. Contemporary resin composites have improved mechanical properties, such as microhardness and flexural strength, to better withstand masticatory loads. Nevertheless, fracture and wear remain common causes of failure in posterior restorations. Objective. To compare the surface microhardness and flexural strength of Filtek™ Z350 XT (3M ESPE), Estelite Posterior (Tokuyama), Beautifil II (Shofu), and Opallis (FGM). Materials and Methods. In vitro study with four resin composites (n = 10 per group). Disc-shaped specimens (5 mm × 2 mm) were used to evaluate Vickers microhardness (VHN), and bar-shaped specimens (25 mm × 2 mm × 2 mm) to perform a three-point bending test using a universal testing machine. From the official announcement of the next generation of social property of means of production, there have been several attempts to define the objectives, characteristics, the scope and other aspects of vital importance for its implementation and development. The University of Pacífico, specially its Management Department, did not want to stay out of this enriching debate. For this purpose, it assembled in last November a roundtable to clarify two important aspects: the immediate antecedents and the mechanisms of implantation of social property in Peru.

In 1971, Peru introduced a new social property policy, sparking theoretical and political discourse regarding the establishment of this novel sector, often amid widespread ignorance. Subsequently, in 1973, the Social Property Law Project was unveiled, aiming to formalize this policy. This article seeks to scrutinize the proposed corporate social property regime outlined in this project. It delves into the definition of social property to extract its core characteristics, providing a framework for evaluating the project and identifying the economic and business transformations it entails.

The objective of the research was to gather evidence of the psychometric properties of the scores derived from the Marlowe–Crowne Social Desirability Scale applied to a population of 28 972 second-grade elementary school teachers in Peru, considering different strata, such as management type (public sector 74% and private sector 26%) and geographic location (urban 65% and rural 35%). Psychometric analyses were developed in two samples of 5000 cases each, with similar characteristics to those of the study population. In addition, social desirability of the teachers was described and compared. This research analyzes the managerial structure of the principal general diaries of Spain from a critical perspective. We come into the structural connections between the Spanish groups of communication, seeing the links with other media, industrial, financial and political sectors. In the same way, we contemplate the international projections of these groups, especially to the rest of Europe and South America. We approach to the real issuers of the journalistic discourse and to the determinants that impede nowadays the real informative pluralism in the Spanish media system.

The objective of this work was to quantify either physical and chemical attributes of the whole along with grounded seeds from Castilla pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata Duchesne) and bitter pumpkin (Apodanthera undulata A. Grey). The parameters data for whole seeds of both pumpkin varieties were; physical dimensions, internal friction, external friction and particle size, while for their ground compound were; electric conductivity, soluble protein, total protein, carbohydrates, oil concentration and main minerals. This study focuses on the antioxidant properties and industrial applications of essential oils from lemon (Citrus limon), matico (Piper aduncum), and spearmint (Mentha spicata). The study was descriptive and based on a literature review of research between 2017 and 2023, using the PRISMA methodology for the selection of studies. It was found that Citrus limon essential oil is notable for its high proportion of monoterpene hydrocarbons and d-limonene, effective in neutralizing free radicals and combating premature skin aging, and has applications in aromatherapy, the food industry, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. In November 2021, DS 170-2021-PCM was enacted in Peru, approving the Regulations of the Protection Regime for Traditional Specialties Guaranteed and the Geographical Indications Regime. By May 2023, the Directorate of Distinctive Signs (DDS) of Indecopi granted the registration of the first Traditional Specialty Guaranteed (TSG) in Peru, and the second in Latin America: El Pan de Anís de Concepción.
