One of the biggest problems faced by the researcher who is interested in studying property in Andean communities is that there is not only one solution. After 400 years of being exposed to multiple pressures from Western society, the Andean world, in order to survive, learned to camouflage itself under the cultural clothing of the dominators. Consequently, it is not surprising that it incorporated a good part of the legal terminology of the latter and that at the same time they preserved that which was more appropriate to their uses and customs along with the social system.

This paper’s main purpose was to translate the Violence-Related Attitudes and Beliefs Scale (V-RABS) into Spanish, carry out the appropriate linguistic adjustment, and then assess the psychometric properties of this questionnaire for a sample of 505 degree students aged 16 - 37 (M = 21.48). The the content and the construct validity and reliability were assessed. Results showed that the content of the questionnaire is valid and the factorial structure reproduced the same structure proposed in the original study. Likewise, the internal consistency was acceptable. In light of the obtained results, this translated version into Spanish can be considered valid and reliable for the assessment of attitudes and beliefs about the causes and control of violence and crime.

This paper explores the generation process of human capital in a dynamic perspective. In order to do so: a) characterizes the recent evolution of human capital, using as proxy the same results panel of participating countries in PISA; b) explores different specifications of the production function of human capital capable of generating dynamic patterns observed; and c) shows the ability of different specifications econometric literature usually employed to correctly detect the structure of the production function. The property right is not absolute. Issues of national interest such as the conservation of the National Cultural Heritage can limit it. Based on this, this article deals with those benefits that property owners may have, through building bonds granted in their favor, in order to maintain their value. Thus, said bonds recognize the building right of the owner of the property, so that he/she can build additional square meters in another area within the district where the bond was granted.These building bonds also apply to sustainable buildings to promote their development within the same district. The article develops the concept and types of building bonds, their implications, the need for their application, and criticisms of said regulation.

It has been studied a sample of the Tuxtuac meteorite, which was classied as an ordinary chondrite. It was applied three analytical techniques. Thus, energy dispersive X-ray uorescence allowed us to identify iron, nickel and cobalt, which form the structure of the kamacite and taenite minerals. Likewise, X-rays diractometry allowed us to recognize the presence of the structural phases of the silicates olivine, pyroxene and orthopyroxene. Furthermore, 57Fe transmission Mössbauer spectroscopy indicated the presence of two magnetic sextets. One was assigned to troilite and the other, to goethite. Los materiales que poseen un acoplamiento eléctrico y magnético son de gran interés para los nuevos dispositivos. En esta tesis, el sistema de materiales BiFe1-xDxO3 (D= Co, Cr and Mn), fue sintetizado por la ruta de solución a varias composiciones, y las películas delgadas fueron preparadas por medio del metodo “spin-coating” sobre sustratos de platino (Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si). Las propiedades estructurales de las películas fueron investigadas por los estudios de difracción de rayos X y por espectroscopia Raman. This research analyzes the managerial structure of the principal general diaries of Spain from a critical perspective. We come into the structural connections between the Spanish groups of communication, seeing the links with other media, industrial, financial and political sectors. This research aimed to analyze the psychometric evidences of the Brief silence Scale (BRS) in Peruvian university students. A total of 468 students from public and private universities participated, from which 62,6% were women and 37.4% were men aged 18-50 years old (M=23.97, SD=6.58). The confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the adjustment of the oblique model (CFI=.993; TLI=.987; RMSEA=.004; SRMR=.023) and adequate reliability values were obtained (α = .79 y ω = .85). The article analyzes how family structures in Peru have evolved and how Article 495 of the Civil Code does not adequately reflect this diversity. Currently, only 21.8% of family units in Peru correspond to the traditional family, while 61.4% adopt other forms, such as single-parent, same-sex, and blended families, and the current legislation remains focused onprotecting only traditional family units,excluding those who do not fit this model.The analysis of the Registry Court’s resolutions shows that Peruvian legislation maintains a strict interpretation, excluding those without a spouse or dependent children from patrimonial protection. The objective of the study was to analyze the psychometric properties of the DASS-21 Scale in adults from the Province of San Martín, 403 people (34%) men and (66%) women from 18 years old participated, it was a psychometric study and instrumental design applying the survey and the questionnaire as an instrument as a technique, it was obtained as results that the items did not present extreme levels, nor presence of bias at the time of being answered, in the same way the CFA demonstrated consistency in the oblique model of three factors CFI = .936, TLI = .922, RMSEA = .054 and SRMR = .047, in addition the scale is invariant in sex and age CFI (ΔCFI <.015) and RMSEA (ΔRMSEA> .01) and a reliability> .70 In this way, it is shown that the scale has adequate psychometric properties for the study sample.

This thesis presents the research results of a quantum dot coupled to a conduction band with spin-orbit coupling (SOC), Specifically, a simgle electron transistor (SET). We study the dependence of the Kondo temperature and the thermoelectric transport properties with SOC. The problem is modeled as a single impurity Anderson model in the presence of the conduction band spin-orbit interaction. The SOC mixes the spins of the conducting electrons, and as a consequence, the SU(2) spin symmetry of the Anderson Hamiltonian is broken.
