The following research was developed aiming at knowing if the formulation of inferential questions improves the understanding of continued texts at a private institute in Lima. This is an quantitative approach inquiry, with quasi-experimental design, (people in the control and experimental group were not assigned randomly and were not paired due to the fact that the groups were already formed. Este trabajo de investigación pretende realizar un breve recorrido sobre el desarrollo de la educación intercultural Bilingüe (EIB) en el Perú, su definición, los avances de las últimas décadas y las dificultades que todavía presenta en su implementación. Además, aborda el problema del debilitamiento y pérdida de muchos de los saberes y prácticas ancestrales de las comunidades y pueblos originarios debido a la exclusión y racismo que viven, y que conlleva que las nuevas generaciones no sepan valorarlos ni desean conservarlos. Este artículo explora las relaciones entre trabajo en la gestión pública y compromiso militante, es decir, lo que los actores definen como «gestión militante». Para ello se analizan tres agrupaciones «kirchneristas» creadas al interior de tres ministerios nacionales de Argentina: La graN maKro, la Juventud de Obras Públicas y la Corriente de Liberación Nacional. Seinterroga por las condiciones de posibilidad y los principales rasgos de este activismo; los principios de ingreso, permanencia y ascenso dentro de los grupos y dependencias estatales; y la manera en que este tipo de militancia se articula con capitales expertos, profesionales, académicos y militantes propiamente dichos.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo Proponer un plan de mejora continua 5s para optimizar la gestión de almacén en La Taberna Distribuciones-Chiclayo, 2019. La investigación tiene un desarrollo de tipo Descriptiva-propositiva y con un diseño no experimental-transversal, ya que se analizó el problema que tenía la gestión del almacén de La Taberna distribuciones y se establecieron estrategias para responder a las causas del porqué suceden dichos acontecimientos y se diseñó la propuesta de plan de mejora continua 5s, cuyo nivel de confianza utilizado es de 95%, con un error de estimación de 5% para una población de 30 trabajadores, por lo que también llega a representar a la muestra, con el fin de recolectar la suficiente información para la realización de la investigación. The study shows how healers from the Peasant Union of Azuay (UNASAY-E) in Ecuador, faced with the needs of today's world, raise the need to continue training; and they make known their vision of what knowledge they require to care for the body, mind and spirit. The research is ethnographic and uses tools such as semi-structured interviews and focus groups. The results reveal that the knowledge inherited from generation to generation is in permanent territorial and collective construction. It also explains which resources, natural medicines and treatments are applied for healing. The investigation concludes that ancestral medicine continues to be devalued and folklorized, even though, on the one hand, it is recognized in the national Constitution and, on the other, it confers well-being to the social structure.

Esta investigación tiene por finalidad proponer un material educativo sobre los saberes del ch’uyay de las ovejas y del inqaychu para contribuir al fortalecimiento de la identidad en estudiantes de primaria. La metodología es cualitativa y utiliza como principales instrumentos metodológicos la observación y la recogida de testimonios de los sabios. Los resultados mostraron que los sabios son fuente de conocimientos y experiencias, al ser los guardianes de las sabidurías del buen vivir. La investigación se realizó con el objetivo de saber si la insuficiente capacidad de gestión de los microempresarios confeccionistas de prendas de vestir del complejo de Gamarra, distrito de la Victoria, está vinculado con los escasos niveles de desarrollo empresarial. El tipo de investigación fue el descriptivo, con el diseño no experimental, porque no se ha controlado ni se ha manipulado las variables independientes. This work interprets the wampis ancestral narrative “Ya najanakmau” or “the origin of the stars” and reflects on its contributions to the environmental and ethical-moral conception. It is based on the idea that ancestral oral narratives contain valuable knowledge as a result of the long balanced coexistence of the wampis man with the Amazon. Interculturality and ecology of knowledge are taken as theoretical foundations; and for interpretation, diatoptic and analogical hermeneutics are used as methods. The results suggest that the environmental contribution of the narrative conceives nature as a whole that has the category of subject where life develops; as well as the reflection that what is bad is harmful and must be rejected for the coexistence of a balance, from an ethical-moral perspective and contribution.

The objective of this study is to understand the main representations of women’s collective memory regarding industrial pollution in Puchuncaví, based on their life experiences in rural areas affected by high levels of pollution and drought. To this end, a qualitative methodology was employed through two focus groups with women from rural communities in the Valparaíso Region, Chile, who participated in a university development project. The findings indicate that, in the context of pollution, drought, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, women continued to work actively in response to the environmental crisis.
