El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la factibilidad de la instalación de un centro preuniversitario en modalidad online. El centro preuniversitario se presenta como una alternativa para la preparación universitaria en una plataforma online, brindando a los alumnos la oportunidad realizar sus estudios a distancia y de acuerdo a su ritmo de aprendizaje, puesto que permite la elección de los temas que el alumno requiera reforzar cuando éste lo desee.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar un programa de cuentos motores para potenciar las habilidades socioemocionales en niños de cuatro años. Se utilizó metodología cuantitativa a nivel descriptiva propositiva, evaluándose a una muestra de 21 niños y niñas. Entre los resultados obtenidos, se observó a un reducido grupo de participantes con puntajes altos, mientras que la mayoría está por debajo de la puntuación mínima. We carry out a pedagogical intervention in the development of the creative thinking skills of fifth-cycle students in the university population. The research was applied, quasi-experimental. We propose to reinforce and influence moral values such as students' self-esteem and confidence; in order to highlight his creative abilities in four audiovisual productions divided into two television magazine programs and two short films aimed at social responsibility. El Museo de Sitio de Pachacamac es uno de los 52 museos del Ministerio de Cultura; fue fundado en 1965 por Arturo Jiménez Borja. El museo viene realizando un trabajo sostenible con los colegios que se encuentran cerca con el propósito de involucrar a la población con la historia local para lograr reforzar su identidad local. El trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar un programa de fortalecimiento de valores organizacionales, con un impacto positivo en la percepción del clima laboral. Para identificar el problema, se aplicó la encuesta de clima laboral, escala CL-PSC, utilizada también para medir los resultados del programa. En el diagnóstico se observó que el 52 % del personal tiene una opinión favorable del clima laboral y que el 52 % considera que hay una clara definición de la visión, misión y valores.
