Objective: To evaluate the impact of the life reform program in the prevention of hepatic steatosis in teachers and administrators of this population. Method: The approach was quantitative, quasi - experimental methodology with a single group with pre- and post-test, with a representative sample of 64 teachers from regular basic level educational institutions in the city of Chachapoyas Amazonas network. Main Results: The results revealed that the life reform program showed a decrease in the levels of hepatic steatosis, which is why its affinity in preventing it is inferred; in the teachers of the three educational institutions of the City of Chachapoyas, Amazonas - Peru: San Juan of the Libertad (P = 0.006), Seminario Jesús MarÃa (P = 0.01) and Virgen of Asunta (P = 0.01) with a 95% confidence, denoting the changes before and after the intervention. This study has the goal of comprehending the process of decentralization of the educational policies on the municipality management, aiming at the identification of the autonomy of the municipality on the elaboration and implementation of the Joint Action Plan (PAR) in four different locations in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, in the period 2007-2010, technically and financially supported by the Union. The methodology is based both on quantitative and qualitative aspects and uses documental and content analysis as tools. We set up that the health sector, during the worst period of the crisis between 1988 and 1992, regarding to the goverment omission as3 well as the operative collapse of public services, started a big passive transformation of the peruvian sanitary system - a silent sanitary reform -, where the actual health policy did not emerge due to legal regulations but as a result of a spontaneus clash of the sanitary plaintiffs. Then, since 1993 a second phase of slow restoring began, but still taking the wrong turning, starting to return toward the preceding recession and chaotic trends. A quasi-experimental study was carried out with the objective of determining the effect of a neuropsychological intervention program on academic skills in reading, writing and mathematics in a group of first grade girls and boys of primary school at the Cadena Las Playas educational institution. municipality of Apartadó, Antioquia, Colombia, aged between 5 and 6 years, belonging to a low socioeconomic condition. Two groups were formed, the experimental and the control, each with 19 students. Measurement tests in reading, writing and arithmetic were applied to each participant. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal conocer la relación entre el Estrés Percibido y el SÃndrome Metabólico, en una muestra de 108 pacientes, con edades oscilantes entre 20 y 70 años (M=42.45; DE=1.75) pertenecientes al Programa Reforma de Vida de la Red Asistencial Essalud Ayacucho. Para lograr dicho fin se utilizó el Cuestionario de Estrés Percibido (PSS 14) (Remor, 2006) y los Criterios de Diagnóstico de SÃndrome Metabólico (Federación Internacional de Diabetes, 2005). This paper reviews and discusses a wrong distinction that has arisen in Peru —at both legal and conceptual levels— between (i) the so-called regulatory quality analysis, even though it is only an additional administrative simplification tool, and (ii) the improvement of regulatory quality through several tools including regulatory impact assessment —RIA. The purpose of the following article is to analyze the problem of land tenure insecurity in rural areas of Latin America. This insecurity translates into the lack of a legal title that accredits a legitimate property right. The author argues that this problem has its origin in the deficiency of the registry systems, the limitation of agrarian reform programs and, mainly, the need for efficient legislation on the subject. This scenario has been affecting an incalculable number of peasants who, in most cases, occupy land without a secure title of ownership and, consequently, without the privilege of a formal registry and the possible exercise of a property right that has been denied to them for historical, legal and political reasons. This paper studies the criminal liability of legal persons, which has suffered a deep reform with the organic law 1/2015, after being introduced in Spain in 2010. This reform has brought important modifications and news, as the creation of an exemption of liability through the adoption of compliance programs, which supposes a change in the so called model of transfer of liability, that existed before. Parallel to this transformation in the Spanish criminal code, in Peru recently the law 30424 has come into forth, which contents a corporate liability model, very similar to the one foreseen in Spain. Both models of liability and the possibility of its exemption raise doubts about if they really tried to penalize legal persons or not.
