This research analyzes a company that belongs to the institutional life subsector of the insurance sector that wants to reduce its credit risks. To do this, the number of policies cancelled after their emission should be minimized. A credit evaluation model has been developed in order to describe and predict accurately the probability that an emission of a policy is profitable for the insurance company. A policy portfolio valued in US$ 10 million with 68,2% of policies retention was used. Using the model an increase of 4,7% in the portfolio value and an increase of 2,9% in the policy retention were gained.

Inventory management becomes more important as companies grow; therefore, it is important to improve its internal processes by seeking efficient storage methods. The processes were analyzed using problem diagnosis tools and it was observed that more than 15% of the total orders are delayed, and more than 80% are due to the fact that there is no specific location of the products in the warehouse. Under this problem, the implementation of the ABC methodology is proposed, which allowed dividing the large number of products that the company sells into families and classifying them into groups A, B and C. The research seeks to apply lean manufacturing tools to reduce returns of wrong orders, the main problem that affects the company under study, which is a pharmaceutical company. For which it will begin by developing a value stream mapping that determines the waste and the Lean tools to use (5S, SMED and Kaizen). Data analysis was done using inferential statistical techniques, with the objective of testing the proposed hypotheses. For this, an evaluation was carried out to measure reliability and normality. En esta investigación se aplicaron herramientas de lean manufacturing para disminuir las devoluciones de pedidos errados, principal problema que afecta a la empresa farmacéutica en estudio. Over the last few years, the poultry sector has positioned itself advantageously in the Peruvian market since it contributes 56% of the animal protein consumption demanded by the population. This represents annual sales of around 11,000 million soles, which corresponds to 29% of the agricultural GDP. Based on the above, companies in this sector must be at the forefront to satisfy the growing demand of this product and avoiding customer dissatisfaction, since this reduces the profitability indexes generating economic loses. The company chosen for this case of study was a textile SME that represents qualitatively and quantitatively the sector. This allows us to measure the impact on the economic retribution and costs incurred by inappropriate supply management. The research aims to optimize this supply management through an improved model based mainly on Lean Warehouse and JIT. Successful cases of applying the different Lean techniques guarantee improvements in process efficiency, resulting in cost reduction [8]. Although there are scientific articles that implement Lean tools to improve supply problems, the innovation of the article lies in the implementation of Lean Warehouse and Just-in-Time simultaneously, adding 5S tools. The heavy freight transportation sector has been positioning itself stronger in the sector as a result of the increase in imports and exports in Peru, which has generated a 5.6% increase in its GDP. According to the above, it is essential to identify the stages of the processes, maintenance plan, availability of trucks, as well as the quality of freight transportation. A fundamental part of these con- siderations is the maintenance management and the restructuring of the stages of the service process, the model proposed by this research is the use of tools such as VSM, BPM, and TPM, whose main objective is to reduce the current rate of orders delivered out of time of 4.78 %, generated by a poor organization of the administrative and logistics area. After the implementation through a pilot plan within the company, a reduction of 0.72% was obtained.

The main objective of this paper is to show how electronic surveillance will serve as a preventive coercive measure in judicial processes, since it will prevent overcrowding in prisons. This results in overcrowding and the lack of separation between the accused and the convicted, and has repercussions on the guarantor position that States have towards persons deprived of their liberty, in relation to the principle of humane treatment, the right to life and personal integrity of those persons who, while still being prosecuted, are deprived of their liberty, since this measure should be the exception and not the rule. In this sense, we will review the concepts of electronic surveillance, the importance of its application, as well as other studies prior to it, in order to raise awareness to avoid existing prison problems.

Since Granovetter´s (1973) research on weak and strong ties in relationship networks, a great amount of literature has been written about the network´s potential for firms in order to obtain more and different resources, reduce uncertainty from the environment, and finally secure its strategy. In this paper I present the strategy as a platform to build on with several key tools and resources, also as a real time development platform since it’s constantly influenced by networks. Networks are powerful indeed, and firms benefit from understanding its potential and capability to learn from it and mobilize it when it’s necessary. Networks not only influence the quantity and quality of resources that a firm can obtain, but, are also proficient in affecting the environment as well in order to facilitate the mobilization of these resources in the proper time.

The research proposal is to electrocoagulate and float them (electroflotation); For this, Al+3 and Fe+3 in-situ and oxygen and hydrogen are produced, in order to make this procedure more efficient (electroflotation), a pair of auxiliary electrodes is used, whose sole function is to produce these O2/H2 gases, This way the clots formed by the upper part of the system are removed. The simulated organic load comes from the reduction of the size of species such as proteins / meat, starches / cereals, cellulose / vegetables, fats / oils of vegetable and animal origin. The objective of the study was to improve the safety management system through the implementation of behavioural safety in order to reduce the accident rate in the Raura mining company. In terms of methodology, an applied quasi-experimental design was used with a quantitative approach at a descriptive level, using survey and observation techniques, the information was collected through the use of observation booklets and questionnaires. The study population and sample consisted of 80 workers.
