El artículo trata sobre la aplicación de la teoría sociocultural del aprendizaje de Vygotsky en la solución del problema de las dificultades en el aprendizaje en las matemáticas. Primero se identifica y describe el problema educativo, luego, con la teoría de Vygotsky del paso de la zona de desarrollo real a la zona de desarrollo próximo, se plantea cómo el docente puede conseguir este paso en el aprendizaje de la operación de la adición en niños. Es necesario que el docente maneje instrumentos para el diagnóstico de la zona de desarrollo real y para planificar las zonas de desarrollo próximo en el aprendizaje de las matemáticas. El docente no debe pasar a la siguiente zona de desarrollo próximo, si no ha logrado que el alumno convierta en zona de desarrollo real la zona de desarrollo próximo anterior. The article deals with the application of Vygotsky's sociocultural theory of learning in solving the problem of learning difficulties in mathematics. First, the educational problem is identified and described, then, with Vygotsky's theory of the transition from the zone of real development to the zone of proximal development, it is propounded how the teacher can achieve this transition in the addition operation learning in children. It is necessary for the teacher to use instruments for the diagnosis of the zone of real development and for planning the zones of proximal development in the mathematics learning. The teacher should not pass to the next zone of proximal development if he has not achieved that the student converts into a zone of real development the previous zone of proximal development. The development of artificial intelligence applications is raising alarms in the educational and professional community. Its potential to paraphrase or write texts make it very tempting to commit dishonest actions. Being a relatively current topic, there are no works that investigate the frequency and uses that students give to these tools in the educational field. The objective of this work was to explore the frequency and perceptions of use of this type of software in high school students of an educational institution. The Mandinga Coastal Lagoon System (MCLS) is in central Veracruz, Mexico. Over the last two decades, an ambitious development project named the Riviera Veracruzana has been implemented, aggravating existing socio-ecological problems. The study analyzed the socio-ecological scenario in this system, characterizing the socio-ecological problems and the social actors involved based on their perceptions, interests and power relations. A two-track methodological scheme was used: (1) collection of information from secondary sources associated with the MCLS and (2) ethnographic data collection with primary sources through semi-structured interviews with key social actors from different social sectors, participatory workshops with focus groups and a field diary. The problem of antimicrobial resistance, is as old as the creation of the first antimicrobial, its irrational and indiscriminate use, has put in competition to the same bacterium who trying to survive generates mechanisms to evade these antimicrobials that the human being creates for the purpose with more spectrum, generating a vicious and endless cycle. Among its most successful mechanisms is the creation of enzymes called beta-lactamases which hydrolyze beta-lactams, the most widely used antimicrobial family in our times. Generating real public health problems in countries where their presence is evident above 50%, dramatically affecting morbidity, mortality and costs. From the foregoing, we believe it is necessary to understand the problem from the beginning, evaluating its evolution in different realities and the therapeutic alternatives we have in front of them.

Teleosemantic is the theory that proposes an explanation of mental representation on the basis of the Darwinian theory of biological function. Although Darwin explains biological traits for both historical and adaptationist causes, Papineau and other proponents of teleosemantic rely only on the adaptationist dimension of the theory to account for the identity of the biological trait. “The Part about the Crimes”, one of the five sections of Roberto Bolaño’s novel 2666, is the pretext to investigate on topics such as doubt and certainty, hand and industrial mechanization, corpses as real or spectral presences, or corpses as performatic elements, far from mimetic realism and novels of social protest. The specialized criticism only reads horror, fear, abjection, bodies as commodities and savage capitalism in this novel. On the contrary, I propose a reading that attempts to reconstruct a dialogue with the avant-garde and especially with the ready-mades by Marcel Duchamp.

The article analyzed the problem of child sexual violence in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The methodology was qualitative based on analysis of documents (empirical studies, legislation and hemerography) and complemented with descriptive statistics. It is found that: legislation has been harmonized with national and international law, legal and applicability vacancies persist, bureaucratic processes, access to justice for victims, impunity and the absence of real statistics; the highest incidence is in the house and the school, being the principal aggressors of the family and teachers. The legal advance is the most significant, yet it does not recover the cultural diversity of the State. It is concluded that, in addition to a legal and cultural problem, constituting systemic, institutional and symbolic violence.

The vehicle routing problem is one of the most studied problems in Operations Re-search. Different variants have been treated in the past 50 years and with technological advances, new challenges appear. In this thesis, we introduce a new variation of the VRP appearing in wireless networks. The new characteristic added to this well-know problem is the possibility of pick-up information via wireless transmissions. In the con-text considered here, a unique base station is connected with the outside and a vehicle is responsible for collecting information via wireless connection to the vehicle when it is located in another sufficiently close station.
